Now the families of those harmed by Hastert and his cadre of pedophiles can file a class action suit against them all personally and bring about criminal charges. This is why they are stalling on turning over Foley's computer right now. Once there's prima facie evidence, then they all can be indicted. Just like the millions of lost Rove emails - once found, out they go - now in lockstep to the nearest prison facility. The Democratic National Committee offered NO SUPPORT for John Laesch (who will be running again) last time, and I would hope that he can get some support this time around. I don't think anyone in IL will cry about the necessity to pay for a special election to move this guy out, I know that I won't. And I also don't think that the DC Madam has anything to do with this one--the rumor is that he goes the other way.....
