On June 26, someone in Rep. Adam Putnam’s (R-FL) office edited the congressman’s Wikipedia entry, removing information about financial contributions he received from disgraced former Rep. Mark Foley (R-FL). The person also deleted a comment Putnam made after the 2006 elections, in which he claimed “white rednecks” lost control of Congress for the GOP. Using the new Wikiscanner tool, bloggers at the Putnam Report discovered the edit.
George Bush should edit his military records on wikipedia …….. has anybody seen the BLANK years ha ha ha

Is there another color scheme for this type of individual I’m not aware of?
August 24th, 2007 at 5:55 pmPosts like this get the hate-site Toilet Paper more demerits because what they did is post an accusation against Republican Adam Putnam based solely on a site dedicated to defaming him! This is why hate-sites like TP can use a lesson from FoxNews in terms of what fair and balanced is. This posting is a smear against Putnam without consideration for validity. Putnam’s office would theoretically be 100% in the right for deleting those comments disparagingly attributed to him, if his office did in fact edit Wikipedia. The comments about white rednecks were NEVER admitted to by Putnam, and his office charged that those comments were taken out of context. Thusly, Wikipedia was TO BLAME for putting up libel against Putnam on their site that’s likely edited by lib/prog/Dem operatives. And, to Tobey Tall, GW Bush served in his state’s National Guard, meaning he could’ve been sent to Vietnam. This means he’s more patriotic than you who sits on his a$$ and demoralizes US troops.
August 24th, 2007 at 5:57 pmWhat about George Bush’s National Guard dental record? That’s more important to conservatives than a Congressional Medal of Honor. In fact, Bush occasionally has a Vietnam flashback, breaks into a cold sweat, and pictures himself strapped in dentist’s chair.

LMAO…Your words ‘likely edited by lib/prog/dem was funny’. You spew on and on and yet you don’t even know if this is true! Why display your foolishness in this way? Your reverance for Bush is pathetic and wrong. hanging onto a loser is no way to stand up and be an american. You may not know this, but technology is happening real fast. We know who is changing the bios and information on the site. Well, thoughtful people know – I don’t know about you. Can you reach your computer from under your bed? Please try, we’ll wait. Your ignorance is showing…

You should also blame Bush for your inability to get laid.
Or make friends in the real world.
August 24th, 2007 at 6:35 pmTo the latest troll poster: No, it’s NOT “in the right” (even “theoretically) to REMOVE material from a public site. IF you’re embarrassed about a Wiki entry, you simply post material REFUTING or REBUTTING the claim. THAT is the real essence of “fair and balanced” (a concept of which FoxNews has no real understanding). (I’d note that YOU are posting potentially libelous claims on this site since YOU don’t have any evidence backing your claims.)
August 24th, 2007 at 6:36 pmAlso, Dubya’s “service” in the National Guard was nothing more than a DODGE to serve in the REAL military. At least, Gore and Kerry actually spent time in Vietnam with REAL servicemen. By the way, Dubya seems to have some missing time in his Guard record and no one has managed to adequately account for it even after all this time.
And, your “latest” screen name, dude, when you find a REAL liberal appearing on FoxNews, let us all know. Colmes is only a “liberal” when compared to Sean Hannity or Bill O’Reilly. Colmes even described himself as a “moderate liberal” (you won’t find Hannity or O’Reilly using the “moderate” qualifier in defining their conservatism). When Colmes grows a pair of cojones and actually argues with Hannity rather than constantly conceding even partial ground with regards to LIBERAL positions, then we REAL liberals might be more willing to accept him as a Liberal.
You should also blame Bush for your inability to get laid.
Or make friends in the real world.

Mr. p, Dubya transferred OUT of the Texas NG and then went AWOL and wasted the US Government money on his pilot training because he wouldn’t go for his flight physical because of his “little drug issue”. And if that happened to a normal person, they would hve been called up and would have served 5 years on Active Duty.
As to your comment about unpatriotic actions; I served my country and I am working to get our troops home so that you Repugs and BushCo can’t kill and maim any more of them. Where did you serve your tour?

Hence the word ‘most.’
Why bring up Gore winning the popular vote when he didn’t win the election? Who should care? He didn’t beat the system, he was the loser. Get over it. Clinton’s had two democrat terms, with Republicans having 5 (since the1980 period I was describing).
Republicans had control over most of congress throughout the 80’s, 90’s, and 00’s. Don’t think it isn’t poised to return. The rest of your post is speculation, as Democrats are in no way guaranteed to retain congress/win the WH in 2008.
