If Shays broke the law or ethics rules his activities must be investigated by Congress. His comparison of democrats and republicans to Shiias and Sunnis is inaccurate. He is only trying to take attention away from his own possible violations of the law.

Shays knows that even if the blogger filming him doesnâ€™t ask a question, Shays is screwed.

What’s funny (I was the blogger he was not-answering) is that I spoke with his press secretary in advance, who asked me not to film from the table — basically that I could tape OR ask questions — so my camera was stowed for the entire event. And my question was just if he would vote to use inherent contempt if his committee’s subpoenas weren’t obeyed, which wouldn’t have been super interesting video no matter what he answered. He gave himself the black eye, and we just grabbed the video from the other sources. Plus, print journos in the room gave me their cards if I ever wanted to get a question answered on the record from the guy. Advantage: bloggers!

He’s crying about being investigated because he’s got alot to hide. What’s funny is these republics will be the first to tell you they have the right to listen into your phone conversations, look at your emails all in the name of security – however they sure do squeeeeel like little stuck piglets when it comes time to check into what they’ve been up to.
Let’s just say – Shays, if you’ve done nothing wrong, then you don’t have anything to hide isn’t that right honey? Now answer the nice boy’s question – you’re not afraid of a blogger are you?

Maybe it was a new moderator because I’ve badmouthed Hillary plenty so I don’t think that would be a normal issue. I think the trolls put so much crap on here that they are just sifting through stuff.
