To begin with, Terry, the comment was about kids in the U.S. And yes, it’s best that all children are healthy and educated. The question is do the parents bear any responsibility for seeing that their children receive health care and education. In the process, the children learn to take responsibility as adults rather than sitting back and saying here I am, take care of me. ;)
