And all he would want to do is make it home alive. As a combat vet there is the rush which yields itself in the face of imminent death and/or maiming and becomes what it is, not just excitement but fear and the certain knowledge that some people "really" want to kill you. The brave men that I've known have all said pretty much the same thing. If you love the rush and never get the fear you are stupid and crazy. Personally, I always appreciated a little clear headed fear rather than the orgasmic shit this slug is talking about. I also appreciated it in the men around me because THAT is what saves you to live another day closer to being home. If the senator enjoys it so much he has the option of living it real by enlisting. I doubt we'll see that. For him this was just another rollercoaster ride. Yahoo senator and kiss my rosy red ass.
