I thought it was a great setup for a comeback. If he can sustain that manner, he could be a strong runner. If he starts roaming around the stage during the debates again (just an example) and looking like he's not comfortable in his own skin, then probably not so strong. The press always takes their shots, some seem less affected like Clinton or Reagan. The rest get hit and suffer more damage. The Vice President’s office is not empowered in Article 1. It is empowered in Article II. In Article II, the Executive Branch the Office of Vice President is defined and coupled with the office of the President.

The only mentions of the Veep in Article 1 are naming him President of the Senate, which it then goes on to define it as an honorary title holding no real power or duties other than in the event of a tie, at which point the senate essentially defers the exectutive branch by pernitting the Presidents Vice President to cast the deciding vote.

You will learn that in any accredited High School or College throughout the United States. :|
