If I had had some more time to think about it, I probably could have found a better way to ask it, one that wasn't so blunt. But still, age is something to worry about. Ronald Reagan had Alzheimer's while in office and it affected how he governed. I've had two grandparents die, one from Alzheimer's, and they weren't much older than McCain. McCain may have a lot of energy and vigor now, but think four years down the road, or maybe even eight. OK, that's enough explanation for myself. Now on to McCain's response. I think the "you little jerk" comment was perfectly okay with me.
