The “democratic” government that does it all in secret! Cheney is chronic offender. As a public servant, I don’t care what “branch” he’s in, as the second in line in a “democratic” government he should second in line in regard to transparency. Nope! He’s not going to let us know who visits him on government time. Bush has 5,000 emails but they’re secret. Bush and Cheney and their thugs have been mining data illegally but because they say so, it’s ok and…they will not provide “any” information on what they are doing with communications data. Bush won’t let Miers or Rove or others who worked for him talk to congress and when he feels threatened he pardons his convicted advisor Libby. This is a secret downright oppressive regime and we are in a lot of trouble.

Where is the Justice Department or the FBI? Shouldn’t one or both be investigating this obvious violation of the Presidential Records Act? Sen. Leahy needs to get his committee moving on this ASAP. The gloves must come off and they must go after these criminals.
