Purely from a design and information standpoint, if anyone else here ever plans on presenting a demographic map defining, in this case, ethnic distribution, do not differentiate choose varying shades of blue to distinguish one from the other. Pick another color, they’re free.

This is particularly true if you suspect (or know) that the graphic is going to appear on a computer monitor, where color variations are subject to great distortion.

It speaks poorly of government employees, frankly.
