As demonstrated by the incompetent and dangerous planning that has gotten us into Iraq, we cannot hope to force countries to bend to our whims. We need to operate with some measure of consensus and build allegiances with other nations – not destroy them.
You’re obviously too ignorant and short-sighted to acknowledge this, and the fact that you think we can just pull out of everywhere and mind our own business is laughable. BTW, “our” businesses operate in every corner of the globe – and do you think that they will sacrifice profits to “withdraw” into an isolationist America?
