Last week, in a surprise meeting, the Sheik told George Bush, “we’re running out of money”. The Washington Post said George Bush “empathized” with the Sheik, saying he asks for money from the congress but doesn’t always get what he asks for.” (since when)!!!!

There has been no surge in Anbar, just an ordinary blackmail scheme, that we are paying for.

So basically what I asking is, how do you think we should be able to tell who “al queda” is? and how can we tell them from the “insurgents fighting beside them”? (who are apparently ok to negotiate with)
