NY Post: ‘MoveOn’ Osama.
Yesterday, the New York Post published an editorial equating Osama bin Laden and his recent video tape with MoveOn.org:
If Osama bin Laden ever gets tired of waging global jihad, perhaps he should interview for a job with MoveOn.org.
He’d get one, judging from his latest videotape to the American people: The first in three years, it contains vast sections of rambling rhetoric indistinguishable from the latest “netroots” rant.

Forty-one Senators Can End the War

That’s it. Forty-one Senators have absolute power to end the war this month.
Not a single Senator more, so long as those forty-one Senators have the courage of their convictions.
I can name four off the top of my head who should be jumping on this right now! Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Chris Dodd, and Joe Biden can end this war with their leadership. If any of those four are deserving of the presidency, they should be acting now!
Forty-one Senators are all we need.
If forty-one Senators who truly wanted to end the war got togehter on the steps of the capitol building to give the following press release, the war could begin to end before the end of this
month. This is all that needs to be said:
My fellow Americans. I and forty of my colleagues in the Senate are here today to announce that any Iraq War funding bill that comes to the Senate floor without withdrawal requirements will be filibustered by the forty-one of us. This means, there will be no funding for continuing the course we are on in Iraq. The war must stop. If that means all funding must stop, it is George W. Bush’s decision. We will stand firm. We will no longer fund our current course. Thank you and God Bless America and our troops.
That’s all it takes. That is all it has ever taken. Forty-one Senators have absolute power to end the war.
The problem is, there are not forty-one Senators who have the courage to end the war. There is not even a single Senator who is running for the presidency with the courage to attempt to puttogether a coalition of Senators with the courage to end the war.
This is why not one of the current Senators runnign for the presidency deserves the office.
Not one of them.

This is the right-wing echo chamber in action.
All of this to distract the American people from remembering that their commander in chief has let our greatest terrorist enemy get away free and clear after killing thousands of American citizens. And not only is he free, he is still terrorizing us and still organizing Al Qaeda.

Silly, silly newsreaders. This is exactly the dialogue bin Laden wants. Every time Gibson decries the “far lefties” as agents of terrorism, a suicide bomber thinks he won’t die in vain. Because you see, their purpose is to destroy our nation by turning it against itself. What joy they take when propagandists like Gibson and Tweety marginalize half the American people. How delighted bin Laden must be, chuckling away in his cave as he hears Limbaugh on his satellite radio claiming the left is sabotaging the War on Terror and bringing on the destruction of America.
Why do such spin and lies please our enemies so? Because every time Bush’s minions lie in this manner, it takes away attention from the real problems with the War on Terror and the war in Iraq. Focusing on the lie that the left is somehow conspiring with Al Qaeda deflects attention away from the true shortfalls in our national security.
Bin Laden’s tape triggered, on cue, a flurry of anti-liberal sentiment, instead of a critical analysis of our nation’s security. He made a threat against our homeland, but the always useless “color coded threat level” didn’t budge. Yet instead of asking why the defunct system is still in place, Gibson & Co. are laughing at how Bin Laden quoted withdrawal polls.
Bin Laden made a threat against our homeland. Instead of reporting that five years after 9/11, our government still receives a failing grade in terms of securing our soil, Rush & Co. blame liberals for failures in the War on Terror.
Employing the language of treason is to be expected, I suppose, with a media more concerned with promoting an agenda rather than reporting fact. But one fact does remain: when another terrorist attack occurs on American soil, they cannot blame us liberals who tried to save this nation. They can only blame the terrorists–and themselves. For time and time again, they’ve failed to hold our government accountable when it comes to securing our homeland.

Telegraph.co.uk has found the information of the fake tape and even a CIA agent said it was true. Yes the man in the tape is Adam Gadahn that’s why the fake beard, shorter height, fatter man, different face and American speech. Yes as the experienced reporters go on and on about this tape the rest of the world knows it’s a fake and who gave the tape to the US.
Now the United States is looked at like we would buy Jack’s beans or even believe Chicken little the sky is falling. If our Homeland Security and Intelligence Dept. can’t figure out a fake tape then we have no protect against any enemy. At lease Bin Laden got a good laugh where ever he is. Every major newspaper and media continues to report is funny story as if it’s real while the foreign press is making a joke of how stupid we are.

They are allowed to dye their beard black, however, but ONLY as a symbol of the declaration of a Jihad. I wouldn’t be a bit surprised to learn that the video is a fake because it would help osama’s cause to have libs in control in the U.S. and there is a slight possibility that the video could cause some people to shift back to the Republican party. It’s fun to watch libs scramble in the mean time, though. What news have you been watching? A variety of stations have shown old pictures next to one from the video. I say “if it is real” because, until we know for sure, it’s interesting to see that libs won’t acknowledge that the message of the video concerning America mirrors their own. Lib responses, as to be expected, totally ignore the phrases from the video that could have come from libs on this blog. Instead, they respond with “the religious right is like him too.” Trust me, no one would associate libs with religion. You’re absolutely right! The animated photo shows that his face is obviously more drawn than the other. Almost as if he had aged! Oh….wait. But the curls! Gone in the long beard! Almost as if length tends to reduce the curl in hair! Oh….wait. The difference in the good sharp prior pictures and the poorer quality now… well you get the picture. You’ll understand, I’m sure, if I wait for verification from folks with somewhat more access and expertise than yourself. ;)

But, you see, that doesn’t change the fact that osama’s view of and suggestions for American policy mirror that of progs. And that does deserve attention. As does the fact that progs won’t acknowledge it. Apparently progs are pretty good at deflecting the public. ;)

I’ve answered you repeatedly, choco, but I’ll give it to ya again. Maybe you’ll get it eventually. It is common knowledge that conservatives agree with bin laden on certain issues such as dislike for unnecessary taxes, drug use, adultery, homosexuality, murder whether of the sick or unborn babies. You seem to be the one who can’t acknowledge that your view of what’s best for America seems to fit osama’s according to the transcript of the video. Except for the “convert to Islam” thing, that could have been you talking. And, trust me, no one would ever confuse a liberal with a religious person. If the video proves to be authentic, you’ll have one more thing to make you look foolish, bud. ;)
