It was NEVER about WINNING at all, it’s always been about maintaining a long term continued presence for the benefit of Halliburton, weapons and defense manufacturers/contractors and foreign oil, all at the expense of American and Iraqi lives, the quality of our military and trillions in defecit owed to the Chinese.
