“Ignore lists” are rather childish, IMO. Reminds me of my 7 year old getting mad at me or her mother and saying she isn’t going to talk to us anymore. Which lasts about 10 minutes, if that long.

Another day of Jake’s intellectual cowardice.

He answers members of “the list” all the time, and directly, not that “for the record” dodge. He’s answered me many times directly, even after putting me on his sophomoric list. If he can’t even keep such a thing as a list straight, I would fear for anyone who happened to choose such an incompetent, lazy person for an attorney: they would be put at risk of his blurting something out in open court. Perhaps that’s the real reason he’s “retired.”
