No, not anyone can be accused of anything. That is rubbish. I have never been accused of corruption, stealing, and the feds are certainly not raiding my house.

Not to mention these are members of Congress we are talking about, not private citizens. Law enforcement agencies are much more careful when looking into potential crimes of the powerful and well-heeled.
