Well, we should all know by now that Bush will nominate someone who puts on a good show for Congress and then reveals his true colors the day after he’s confirmed.

Democrats should come up with a list of individuals they consider suitable and give it to bush; the message being, pick from this list or don’t bother nominating anybody.
