I am so sick of the Bush BS. Attack and spread lies about anyone who will expose Bush for what he is. Remember Bush's base is the right wing centered around the religious right. It's the same group of hypocrites that raced tripping over themselves to Bush when he said "I have Jesus in my heart". Just once we need to look at the actions of Bush and not what he says(pretends). Before 9/11 Bush's greatest action was a huge tax break for the richest among us. Now I ask you was that action "of Christ or the opposite of Christ"? Then comes 9/11 and Bush's action was to lie to start a war. Again I ask was that action "of Christ or the opposite of Christ"? Look at Bush a little closer and you will find many, many more examples. The book of Matthew warns that many shall come in his name and many shall be deceived. Bush is the opposite of Christ and many have been deceived!

As much as I hate to say it there is no way a Democrat will win the white house in 2008. Hillary is just to much of a flip flopping idiot. If she would just stick with her true feelings on an issue she may be alright. Unfortunatly nobody knows what those feelings are because she changes them every time there's a new pole that differs from her previous answer to a question. One year ago she said she'd torture a terrorist to save the day. Now she says no and learns that her husband said he would if he was in that situation. The reason she said no is because she's feeling pressure from the moveon and mediamatters idiots. I truly believe that moveon and mediamaters have been taken over buy conservatives. Every day mediamatters is putting false out of context stories about conservative commentaters that are being picked up by everyone but foxnews and being told as the truth. If the stories were true it'd be fine but they're not and it's making our left leaning media and our democratic leaders look like idiots. Why lie when we don't need to. Republican's are in real trouble and we keep giving them to many chances to get power back.

I am writing a comment not for attention, but I want to be a person who will be counted. I will be a number, but on the right side of where my number needs to be counted. People of the United States of America! Take back this country with the power vested in you by our founding fathers! Vote with your conscience, not your self interest! Take back this government "of the people, by the people, for the people." Let us once again let our flag wave for "the land of the free and the home of the brave!". There was a time when the whole world loved the United States and wanted to move here. It was a time when the American personality was an outspoken honest voice that spoke for generosity, mutual respect, kindness and intelligence. Yes, I know, every situation is complicated, but truth, honesty and righteous purpose never change under any circumstances.

Bill is at his best as with most past presidents he has realized that he was used by the CFR and the world banking organizations to put you and me into poverty and to take away our right and ability to fight. The patriot act is by far the worst thing that has ever happened. Bill wont strait out condem or name names of those who lorded over him while he was president, Because he wants to live.

Our Current President is a Domestic enemy to the american way of life. His family has been in the pockets and on the council of the most sinister organisation to ever settle on this earth. His families history includes supporting the germans during world war II via sales of needed Fuel for the lufwafa.

Also look into the history of thier actions and connections to the binladen family including Osama via the Carlyle Group.

How this plain sight enemy became the president is a complete farce. His Coruptors paid for his seat and sold it to the american public. Thanks to that one man we are now the most hated country in the world. All the hard work done by presdent Regan undone as Russia has closed its borders and desolved its democratic government has start a building its arms and playing advocate to Cold war stance against america with China not far behind. If he pushes and gains support to attack Iran we will be the focus of world war III the world vs America. Hint We cannot win there unfourtunatley is not enough of us to even beat China. Not to mention that the UN has started to move against us and has passed quiet talks of sanctions against us and the revocation of our perminant membership. We have turned into the tirrents!!!

If you think you are free think again. The patriot act is nothing more than the gestopo. You can be arrested detained and have all your posetions taken without any right to council or even a right to know what the charges are. Be prepared to defend your rights with a gun against the current gestopo in charge here. The SS is comming and president Bush has laid the ground work to make sure we cant fight back.

This is how the president of the USA and his fellow republicans stand in front of a camera and show to the american people and the rest of the world just how petty they are. Their nothing but a bunch of war mongers, and stoop as low as you can go, with their lies and deception, to get what they want. Who would think the president of the USA would act like a cry baby, on national tv, and condem the same type of tactics that he and his fellow republicans are guilty of, and have perfected it to make it just part of duing buisness. He and the rest of the gop have been doing the same and a lot worse since watergate. The watergate crew were cubscouts compared to this crew.

THIS IS CLINTON AT HIS BEST!!!! Thank God for presidents like himself. Bush and the rest of the republicans in this country who support him can go somewhere. It is groups like MoveOn.com that help educate the Amerian people who tend to be uneducated about the situations our country is involved in. If we search long and hard enough we will get answers. That is what GOP is scared of..we need to scare them..people educate yourself, join MoveOn.com and other groups like it and begin to make a difference..pass the word on and sooner or later (hopefully sooner)the youth in our nation (my generation) will be eduacated enough not to make the same mistakes that those did who put an idiot like Bush in the presidential seat. LET'S NEVER MAKE THAT SAME MISTAKE AGAIN!!!!! I ask for the youth, the elderly, the people in the middle, I am asking for EVERYONE IN THE WORLD.....PLEASE LET US FIX THIS BY EDUCATING OURSELVES AND OTHERS.

We started out in this war to get rid of weapons of mass destruction -- they were never found. Then the purpose changed to take Sadam out of power -- he was hung and killed a long time ago. Now we are in the war to bring Iraq freedom -- NEWSFLASH: THEY DONT WANT US THERE..BRING THE TROOPS HOME!!!! THEY ARE FIGHTING TO THE DEATH, KILLING THEMSELVES AND CHILDREN TO PROVE THAT THEY HATE US. ANYTIME I SIT DOWN AND GET AN EMAIL FROM A FRIEND WHO IS ALSO 18 OR 19 YEARS OLD AND THERE IS A LINK TO WATCH A VIDEO OF A YOUNG IRAQI BOY SCREAMING INTO THE MIC IN FRONT OF HIM THAT "AMERICANS ARE SCUM THEY ARE THE ROOT OF EVIL AND SHOULD ALL DIE" WE HAVE A PROBLEM.
BRING OUR TROOPS HOME, END THIS WAR, AND GET BUSH OUT OF OFFICE!!!

It is sad to think that I, whom I would like you to know am only 18 years old, have more education than the idiots who put Bush where he is. It is sickening to know that Bush has screwed up our nation so bad that it is going to take probably until I die to fix what he has done. Please help me in helping the children that i hope to have one day not live with the same crap I deal with.

PLEASE SAVE AMERICA!!!!

My Rant!

"He who is the author of a war lets loose the whole contagion of hell and opens a vein that bleeds a nation to death. " - Thomas Paine

Ok, OK let me get this straight. We are in Iraq to promote freedom, I think? That would include the right to say what one thinks or feels - apparently not! Censorship is alive and well and living in Amerika! Or as one of our of the creators of this countries constitution, Thomas Payne once said:

"These are the times that try men's souls..." They certainly do!

Let's face it folks we live in a hypocrisy not a democracy! Thank you Tired of Fighting for your comments, they were righteous and true and came form the heart, purple or not. Men like this are the true heroes, these are the backbone of America. This is who I admire, not general BETRAY us. Shout it loud people, scream it, beat the drum of change.

I think it's time that the impotent, dull, bureaucratic, ignorant, self righteous, self important, ineffectual, stupid cabal known as Congress and the Senate strip down naked and take a long hard look at themselves in the mirror. I know a ghastly sight at best. Oh what the heck, throw in the idiots in the supreme court as well who gave this country away in the year 2000 when the people of this country cast almost 1,000,000 more popular votes for Gore then the existing shrubbery who now sits rooted in the white house in trenched in a policy that smells suspiciously like - well bull shit! Oh, what are we supposed to do, bow to the will of the people. We know what they want, we know what they need! Well, no they don't. We know what we want and what we need and it's not what we've got right now!

"I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it." - Voltaire

A little food for thought we should all ponder, yes you too Deomrats and Repuppets! How dare you criticise anyone when the blood of over 3,500 innocent men and women soil your hands. And, tell me, have we now killed more Iraqi's then Saddam Hussein ever did. Does that mean we'll have to hang the shrubbery to atone for our sins? Oh, I forgot, we're the good guys. Why is that I might ask?

"How much evil does it take to do good?" - Robert McNamara, "The Fog of War"

Well I guess we've just lost the spirit and the common sense that made this once a great country. I applaud "Tired of fighting's" comments, he's got it right. Anybody remember Vietnam? The domino theory, if we leave all of South East Asia will go communist. Oh, oh, and now Vietnam is our number one trading partner in South East Asia. So much for that theory.

Yes, the communist Bogey man, we do need our bogeymen and we've got a good one now that we'll never catch, perhaps because we don't want too, because lets face it, Osama is even a better Bogey man then Saddam. Beside, Saddam's dead and we no longer need him. We took his country and used him as a buffer against Iran. Duh! did we forget that our good friend Saddam fought against that other evil empire Iran, whose baaaaaak, and we supplied him with arms. Oh, that, come on folks, we needed him then, and then we needed his oil. Hello! Let's not fool ourselves.

"Those who cannot learn from history are doomed to repeat it." - George Santayana:

Isn't that the truth? Have we been here before? Am I getting a massive Deja vu here? I marvel at the wonderful slight of hand that is created over stupid stuff. Anything but deal with the real issues.

THEY HAVE STOLEN OUR COUNTRY!

THEY LIED TO US AND CONTINUE TO DO SO!

Think wizard of oz folks, pull back the curtain and behind it is a tiny little arrogant man, strutting around, spouting silly statements, "Mission accomplished"! that will come back and bite him in the ass.

So thank you, thank, thank you Move on.org for staying "on purpose": - "staying the course..." This country was built on revolution. We are a strong resilient people and we will win this fight. Why can't we get a vote of 370 to 79 to end the WAR - from our silly little self involved, talking heads spouting the same old tired rhetoric we've heard way too many times... Who among you has the courage, the fortitude, the intelligence and oh god, the common sense to stand up and be counted, to speak the truth, to tell it like it is, to do the right thing! Anyone....anyone at all?

My Rant!

“He who is the author of a war lets loose the whole contagion of hell and opens a vein that bleeds a nation to death. ” – Thomas Paine

Ok, OK let me get this straight. We are in Iraq to promote freedom, I think? That would include the right to say what one thinks or feels – apparently not! Censorship is alive and well and living in Amerika! Or as one of our of the creators of this countries constitution, Thomas Payne once said:

“These are the times that try men’s souls…” They certainly do!

Let’s face it folks we live in a hypocrisy not a democracy! Thank you Tired of Fighting for your comments, they were righteous and true and came form the heart, purple or not. Men like this are the true heroes, these are the backbone of America. This is who I admire, not general BETRAY us. Shout it loud people, scream it, beat the drum of change.

I think it’s time that the impotent, dull, bureaucratic, ignorant, self righteous, self important, ineffectual, stupid cabal known as Congress and the Senate strip down naked and take a long hard look at themselves in the mirror. I know a ghastly sight at best. Oh what the heck, throw in the idiots in the supreme court as well who gave this country away in the year 2000 when the people of this country cast almost 1,000,000 more popular votes for Gore then the existing shrubbery who now sits rooted in the white house in trenched in a policy that smells suspiciously like – well bull shit! Oh, what are we supposed to do, bow to the will of the people. We know what they want, we know what they need! Well, no they don’t. We know what we want and what we need and it’s not what we’ve got right now!

“I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it.” – Voltaire

A little food for thought we should all ponder, yes you too Deomrats and Repuppets! How dare you criticise anyone when the blood of over 3,500 innocent men and women soil your hands. And, tell me, have we now killed more Iraqi’s then Saddam Hussein ever did. Does that mean we’ll have to hang the shrubbery to atone for our sins? Oh, I forgot, we’re the good guys. Why is that I might ask?

“How much evil does it take to do good?” – Robert McNamara, “The Fog of War”

Well I guess we’ve just lost the spirit and the common sense that made this once a great country. I applaud “Tired of fighting’s” comments, he’s got it right. Anybody remember Vietnam? The domino theory, if we leave all of South East Asia will go communist. Oh, oh, and now Vietnam is our number one trading partner in South East Asia. So much for that theory.

Yes, the communist Bogey man, we do need our bogeymen and we’ve got a good one now that we’ll never catch, perhaps because we don’t want too, because lets face it, Osama is even a better Bogey man then Saddam. Beside, Saddam’s dead and we no longer need him. We took his country and used him as a buffer against Iran. Duh! did we forget that our good friend Saddam fought against that other evil empire Iran, whose baaaaaak, and we supplied him with arms. Oh, that, come on folks, we needed him then, and then we needed his oil. Hello! Let’s not fool ourselves.

“Those who cannot learn from history are doomed to repeat it.” – George Santayana:

Isn’t that the truth? Have we been here before? Am I getting a massive Deja vu here? I marvel at the wonderful slight of hand that is created over stupid stuff. Anything but deal with the real issues.

THEY HAVE STOLEN OUR COUNTRY!

THEY LIED TO US AND CONTINUE TO DO SO!

Think wizard of oz folks, pull back the curtain and behind it is a tiny little arrogant man, strutting around, spouting silly statements, “Mission accomplished”! that will come back and bite him in the ass.

Bill made this Country better, richer, and functional. It's a tragedy seeing Bush and the Gang destroying the Country with a very costly, unjustified war, corruption, lies, and bad decisions.
Will we ever regain our dignity after this tragedy? I wonder if America will ever recover from this DISASTER!

Party affiliation or registration (both Dem & Rep) will get you a opportunity to vote in primaries in states like Arizona. If you're a registered independant you can't. In this day and age when both major parties are not representative of the populace as a whole party affiliation means little. I have never voted the party line and only give money to who and what I believe in. Until the two party strangle hold is broken very little will change in this country.

Peoples attitudes have to change also. Everyone of voting age needs to get involved in learning the issues of the day. One has to read Newspapers and Books and listen to what comes over the airways, both TV and Radio. Most people today get there news from one source (Hannity & Limbaugh for instance) and don't get a balanced perspective. If more people had put in the effort to do this the last two elections (Presidential) wouldn't have turned out the way they did and Mr. Clinton wouldn't have had to make the statements that he did on the Anderson Cooper 360 show.

We have only ourselves to blame for the situation we are in. The question becomes, Are we going to do anything about it?

Who are they 'SERVING' anyway? We must take back our Country before Bush and the boys TOTALLY destroy it.

In my experience in what I have lived through and seen from JFK being assinated and the Vietnam War, Nixon, Regan, Bush Sr, and Bush Jr, I think all of you people need to take a step back and think what is the right thing for this country. We have only experienced progress for the people through a democratic presidency and will only continue to do so with a democratic president. He represents "the people" we are the goverment and we elect the officials to represent we the people. Have people become so ignorant to the fact that there is a way to change what is happening to this country? Read, educate yourselves and stop listening to the media. Have a mind of your own...............Republicans have only one thing in mind, their pockets and the untimate goal of the GOD almighty dollar for personal gain. Get back to basics, take the power back and live the democratic belief on what this country was born of, FREEDOM, vote for the canidate that represents the people not himself.......................as for the YAAHOOS in this counry God will get ya and hold you accountalbe for such poor choices and ill wishes..........................................Keep killing our soldiers who are dying for what? OIL......................not 9/11 let's get real here are we all in denial.............................smarten up US and do your self a favor read some history...................................

And by doing so, she has become the frontrunner in the Democratic field, the others are just trying to play catch up. Does that tell you something about current American politics?

I hope that it does not sound like these 2 parities share the common agenda of staying in Iraq with the their eyes on Iraqi oil resources, while defense contractors and oil men are ripping off the American resources.

I hope President Clinton was also referring to the Democrats in Congress who voted for the anti-MoveOn resolution when ripping the right wing. By now, I pretty much consider the Democratic Party as part of the right wing.

Agree with Veritas. I just went went to CA Supervisor of Elections site and will be submitting the paperwork to change my party affiliation from Democrat to Independent. Maybe we can scare the "politics as usual" crowd into listening to the "power of the people."

Comment by Tired Of Fighting — September 26, 2007 @ 10:19 pm

I am the newbie here... I beg that you please forgive my short comings upfront .

After reading the entire blogsphere here... TIRED of FIGHTING caught my attention the most and encouraged me to rise to stand and blog.

While we as bloggers and citizens, busily fling inuendos and poo... the mockery and debauchery of this current administration continues (not to mention how many lost their life while just in this time of blog). It is our actions that speak most highly and eloquently of our intentions... not our words, whether written or spoken. I believe Mr. Clinton understands that. Now, as citizens of a country that is suppose to believe in INTEGRITY... it will only be through our combined actions as voters to bring in a new president and administration that is not only willing to listen to American citizens (free-speech) but more to the point, of acting in the best interest of this nation as a whole, in a fashion that brings dignity and integrity back to the forefront of our young nation's existence. That is the message I got from TIRED OF FIGHTING... "KILLING BEGETS MORE KILLING and MUDSLINGING BEGETS MORE MUDSLINGING".

For that my hat is off and I truly bow to TIRED OF FIGHTING's perspective on this blog. Although I don't have the answer to solve our political delema, I do know that if we are not true to the mission of ending this war and the scharade of a self-imposed heroic president and administration, along with back pedallers that just want a title with no intention of bearing truthful redeming qualities... then even our great-great grandchildren will bear the reprecussions of our lack of spine and lack of actions in the next election. I can only say that I am committed to do the very best I can at voting and voicing to bring our soldiers home... to give resources back to the Iraqis that America has been trying to usurp... and put our concerns of our citizens (health, education, general welfare and economic status of our country) back on track.

No matter what our personal feelings are... it is our combined effort that will bring about the POSITIVE change we are ALL hoping, praying, requesting and striving for. All though Bush's statement of "GOD BLESS AMERICA" was used to rally citizens from a patriotic view point... my opinion is that until the next president says "GOD BLESS THIS OCEANPLANET" and works to find peace and brings integrity back to our nation's hearth and heart... then we are doomed to repeat history, over and over again, until there is nothing left of our EARTH or America. That is our only hope... that no matter what political side you are on... it will take a whopping majority of American citizens to bring our troops home... and make peace... for the rest of the world to see America's ambitions are not for the Saudi's good graces... but more for correcting a political blunder that should never have happened.

Wishing many blessings for those that truly want to MAKE PEACE instead of WAR... and are willing to put their actions where their words are... I believe MOVEON and Mr. Clinton are trying to head in the right direction... it is up to us to quit the bickering and be part of the solution in one way or another.

It is upsetting to see Ms. Clinton to go along with a looser and one of the imminent supporters of the war in Iraq (Lieberman)

And by doing so, she has become the frontrunner in the Democratic field, the others are just trying to play catch up. Does that tell you something about current American politics?
