How many Canadians do you know. I’m actually from Canada, and I can assure you that you could walk into any ER here and they would remove your head from your butt. A simple trip to a family Doctor may do the trick.I can’t say for sure, I don’t know how far your head goes up there.(You may need a Specialist) I know for a fact you wouldn’t have to pay for the procedure. Maybe you should do a little more research on the Universal Health Care subject. Remember, when your mouth is open, your ears aren’t.

Did you have a parachute on when you made the leap cuz the drivel I was referring to was post #148 that’s why I quoted it in my post. I was having a hard time coming up with a reply to his COMMON SENSE. Funny thing about his COMMON SENSE, it doesn’t seem to make sense. Our economy is booming, so his argument that the high taxes will choke off the economy and provide for less jobs and less tax revenue, just doesn’t hold up.

Hey Hobbes -People the United States are already paying a lot of money out of the paycheck for health care. AND its VERY expensive. It seems to me your “research” has been done mostly on the health insurance companies web sites. COMMON SENSE is only for people who have open minds.

Have any of you talked to a Canadian lately? Universal health care is very expensive and mostly useless. Canadians are flowing into the U.S.A. and paying us out of there pockets anytime they have a real medical problem. Stop being so damn ignorant and investigate what it is you want. Government run health care is not free. Anyone that has a job will be paying a lot of money in taxes for it. That means less money being spent on other things which means a worse economy. That means less jobs and less tax revenue being put into the government to run it for basic services. COMMON SENSE!!!! PLEASE GET SOME!!!

I have been squeaking by on my insurance premiums with an extraordinarily high deductible because I am relatively healthy. If I were ailing, even my high deductible and high premium wouldn’t save me from being cancelled.
Kristol, the Sunday morning jerk, and the trolls who post here should spend one day in the life of a parent working two jobs and still can’t afford insurance when the kids get sick. And they can’t afford to take the day off to take them to the doctor anyway. The system has failed them but people like michael just don’t get it – it’s the typical, “I got mine, go get your own.” No compassion, no understanding, no help, only selfishness.
