Thomas hates affirmative action yet he was the beneficiary of it twice. Once to get into Yale Law School and again when Papa Bush felt he had to nominate a black to replace Judge Marshall. Talking about biting the hand that feeds you. He’s the main reason to argue that SCOTUS appointments should not be for life. He’s too imcompetent and bitter to make clear judgements.

Clarence is upset the centrist media grilled him over Anita Hill. of course Thomas is operating under the assumption of the liberal media myth that has been debunked, thoroughly.

Even Karl Rove realized that the media was combative, Rush, Thomas and many others [trolls] still propagate this looney conspiracy theory.

Frankly I think its harmful to have Judges that are partisan when justice is supposed to be blind when weighing its decisions.
