The United States Marine Corps has done an outstanding job of protecting our government personnel overseas, and they've done it with dignity, class, and a sense of honor no hired contractor doing it for the money could ever surpass. Those that deserve to be punished should be, and they should not be allowed to hide behind (what may be) an illegal order that they not be held accountable under law. By what right did the outgoing CPA declare these people unaccountable to anyone's laws?
