Being forced by the govt. to pay higher taxes under threat of tax evasion and jail time is not “free giving”. To give freely requires a voluntary act. Taxes are not given freely – they are forced upon the people. The GOP is not anti-christian. Which party is striving to remove “God” from the pledge of allegiance? I think you’ve got the wrong party.

And you don’t have a problem with that? How is that attacking the children or the parents? I read the Americablog article, and nowhere do I find an attack on the parents or donors. I do find legitimate questions on the program being discriminatory.

But did the Democrats attack the parents of the snowflake babies and accuse them of not deserving their children? Did leftwing bloggers make the effort to go to the homes of the snowflake babies to make sure they were being treated well, were being fed and clothed well, and not being abused? Did liberal radio hosts accuse Republicans of putting lies into the heads of the snowflake children? No? Didn’t think so.

Actually, libs did attack the donors and recipients of the Snowflake babies, and the Bush Administration for favoring the program, as can readily be found by Googling “snowflakes bush” (no quotes).

Strictly speaking, I don’t think anyone was directly attacking the Snowflake babies, but I also don’t think anyone has directly attacked Graeme Frost; they’ve attacked his parents and the politicians who used him.

But at any rate, attacking a 12-year-old who’s made a political speech would not be quite the same thing as attacking a pre-schooler for appearing in a photo-op.

Wolf Biltzer is a COWARD who kisses up to Fake News too. Now all of the anchors are falling over themselves to try to please Repubicans. What these idiots don’t realize is the weak Democrats are about to win the the Presidency in spite of CNN and Fox’s attempt to elect Rudy (COWARD) JulieAnnE. I spell it that way because he dresses in women’s clothing.

Bullshit. A 10 minute ultrasound procedure on my gallbladder 5 years ago cost over $600. Are you going to blame that on all the lawsuits against specialists who administer them? Got any proof?

True, Reps should have realized that SCHIP would be the camel’s nose in the tent for socialized medicine. As no good deed ever goes unpunished, libs try to extend child health care to adults, so that a 25 year old couple and their two kids would be covered under the same program.

It worked very well for decades in this country; it made us the strongest nation on earth. fascism doesn’t work; that’s been proven. It’s time to go back to what does work, the very American combination of capitalism and socialism we built this country on.

The SCHIP is not for the poor. You’d know that, were you not so dimwitted and easily manipulated by liars like Limbaugh and Malkin.

They applied, qualified, and the state of Maryland granted them coverage. They are the very same demographic the SCHIP is meant to provide coverage to and help.

If you don’t like that, take it up with the state of Maryland. End of story.

Can congress reform tort law? Seems like a good starting point, but they won’t do it because they’re stuck in the pockets of the trial lawyers’ lobby.

Socialism doesn’t work.

No one is smearing a 12-year old boy. Read what has been written in response to their “sample” case. The facts are that this kid’s family is not poor. They own their own home and other commercial properties. They can afford to get their own health insurance without the government paying for it. They choose not to.

If you want to obfuscate the argument by throwing around silly accusations, fine. You deserve to be forced into third-rate healthcare by an already bloated and inefficient federal government while you sit around and avoid the real argument by tossing around partisan insults.

It’s not even worth getting angry about their “reporting” and twisting of facts. The 70% and more of the US population is getting tired of this bs.

I think it was Pink Floyd, or maybe a Roger Water’s anti-war song, that had the immortal line “the bravery of being out of range”.
Ohhh, they can talk tough (keyboard warriors), but when push comes to shove, and it’s time for a mano vs mano (or womano vs womano) confrontation, they suddenly turn tail.
But, they have great examples to follow:
Rush “discredits” a soldier. Soldier challenges Oxy-boy to a face to face debate. Rush refuses.
Maulkin stalks 12 year old. Opponent challenges Michelle on topic of SCHIP. Maulkin refuses.
Hell, even our dear leader can’t face a special commission (9/11 panel) without having his hand held by Dick, and definitely not under oath.
