But comparing all the data on the 911 terrorists that was available to this administration to a 4 year old document extracted by a detainee, that does not even “match” what even happened, is hillarious.

First off… stop labeling us as Liberals like some racist. We are “We the People of this United States”. And No… we never say that our Government is our enemy, that is a Republican saying that started with good ol Reagan…. remember?

We love Government. It is this lying administration that the majority of the population of “We the people” despise. Maybe if they would stop lying to us on a daily basis, and destroying our economy on a daily basis, and spreading fear on a daily basis… maybe then we could actually take this propoganda for a grain of salt.

Nice post. I’m a life long Democrat. I oppose the President and have put my time in marching against the war in Iraq. The point is, if you don’t the intellect to argue a point with facts you are doing a disservice to the overall message of the party. You, and apparently many others, have somehow confused verbally abusing people with holding strong to your convictions. Yes, the right is famous for this. Be better than what you oppose or just become it.

While’s it’s true that Fox posts higher ratings, Fox ACTUALLY has fewer viewers than CNN.

You see, Nielsen calculates a couple of different types of ratings and one of those — probably the most important, but a bit more complicated and, as such, less reported — is the CUME rating.

The cume rating is based on the numbers of people who actually tune into a channel, even if only for a couple brief minutes to catch up on the news, while the ratings share is merely a daily average, geared toward those who spend more time planted in front of a specific channel –

– Like, for example, Fox News watchers, who have so much time on their hands that they have nothing better to do than sit mesmerized by the bright shiny moving things on their TV screen.

I know I’ve probably lost you already, because this post requires you to think just a bit, but CNN REGULARLY posts about 20% MORE ACTUAL VIEWERS than Fox.

There is an option when buying insurance to accept or reject coverage for acts of terrorism. It costs more money to get the coverage.

If these fires are classified as terrorism, a lot of people will not have insurance coverage.

I hate the United States? Bite me. No, I hate what you and every other idiot who blindly follows their leaders without questioning anything are doing to this country. A president with unlimited powers and unanswerable to any law? Fine and f—-g dandy with you. Invading a country that was not a threat to us? Fine and dandy with you. Having the option of claiming Executive Priviledge and National Security are the two best friends the Bush administration could ever have dreamed of. And you can just STFU about “Bush haters” as the Left had to put up with more than their share of Clinton haters in the 1990s. Within the first few months of his first term people were ready to kick him out of office, with a few Republicans mumbling about impeaching him and how to accomplish it.

I thought the terrorists hated us for our freedoms and wanted to kill as many people as possible to make a statement.

So how is starting a fire going to embolden terrorists and let them claim victory over America? How many people do you expect to die and why aren’t the terrorist going after big numbers? Are the terrorists ignorant enough to think that they could catch over 900,000 people (the # evacuated as of this morning) off-guard by setting a fire and hoping no one would notice?

Quick, Bigfoot, call the White House and tell them to investigate the fires as a possible act of terrorism, because after watching anything other than Fox Noise, I haven’t seen anyone in the government suggest terrorism is behind this.

It has been raining in Northeast TN and Southwest VA for the past 12 hours. We haven’t seen the likes of that in 4 months. Must be terrorist activities. I think I saw a plane circling overhead seeding the clouds, hoping for a flood.
