Now if they would just stop voting to give Bush more money for Iraq.

I know I am glad they got all those bridge and building naming votes in. Sadly, they never got anything important done since they overstepped and forced vetos on all the important stuff of working with the president. You would think they would wake up since the Dem controlled congress as a whopping 11% approval rating while our president is over double theirs. Obviously the American people support our president more then Pelosi.

So it is better to have congress sitting there doing nothing and getting paid for it? You think they get paid more when they vote? You voted for Bush didn’t you?

  4. MCMetal Says:

Remember kiddies every time the house votes ( exception: Rush Limbaugh hate speech) they are spending your mommy and daddy’s money. That could mean Mickey D’s for you for some of that cigarette and gas money. The headline should read “House Democrats 1000th vote of the year breaks all spending records”

    Comment by Billy Hill — October 24, 2007 @ 5:57 pm

They will rightly blame the horseshit GOP ; if they didn’t obstruct and weren’t so obstinate and determined to blindly follow the failed policies and direction (down) of the worst president and administration in Chimpy & Co , there wouldn’t be anywhere near that number of votes………..

Really? Because the budget only comes round once a year, and last time I checked it was 3 REPUBLICAN Presidents that were responsible for 75% of our NATIONAL DEBT! So REALITY has a LIBERAL BIAS, MethHead!

Well I’m paying them for their time, I’d rather they give me my monies worth and work and vote as much as possible. You know, like 5 days a week.

When is the House and Senate going vote on a bill that ensures
the integrity of our election process with verifiable ballots for recounts?

Where does this stand on the agenda?
Where does the Justice Department stand on all of it’s investigations?

I’ll send my video about the election of 2000 to the U.S. Attorney General and see if I get a response.

    Oh I just remembered.
Our Country’s Justice Department doesnt have an Attorney General.

    Brownian motion is NOT progress!

All those empty symbolic votes have only earned you the lowest poll numbers in the history of congress. Meanwhile, you give Bush everything he wants without being able to over-ride his veto.

    Weak, weak, weak, weak …….

  10. Marie Says:

The do-nothing congress is far from do nothing - but they have been labeled as such in the slogan-prone, name-calling media, deferring to the repugnicans.
On the other hand, I wish this busy congress would find the time and consensus to hog-tie the cowboy, override his vetoes, un-fund the war, and begin impeachment.

    Comment by Chris L — October 24, 2007 @ 6:07 pm

Nope! Don’t vote. The Republicans who count the votes just throw Democrat ballots away so whats the use. I could not bring my self to vote for billionaire John “harry” Kerry and I hate Heinz ketchup, I’m a Grey Poupon man myself.

    Comment by Billy Hill — October 24, 2007 @ 6:18 pm

You couldn’t “bring yourself’ to vote for a life-long successful man ?

Because the ketchup his wife’s company makes you dislike and compare it to a friggin mustard ?

Do you go to a baseball game to boo an NFL team , too , you mindless mental furball ?

MC……you don’t get it? The absurdity of my comments are a direct reflection of the Democrats and their positions. The older I get I am convinced that “liberalism” or “progressive” thoughts are a mental defect. You don’t know what it is that you don’t know, if you have this condition it is impossible to understand a concept. Example: I you don’t speak Spanish, usted no sabrá lo que le estoy diciendo, you will not know what I am trying to tell you. Debate is good, personal attacks are a bit tedious.

    Comment by Billy Hill — October 24, 2007 @ 8:09 pm

So , you believe “progressive” thoughts that brought about the fact the world is round and not flat , almost every useful invention and medical cure , and is the basis for understanding , compassion and love , are a “mental defect” ?

And what are cancervative thoughts ?

    Insane mindless rambling ?

    I concur ……..

BTW You’ve revealed you aren’t interested in debate by idiotically calling liberalism/progressives as mentally deficient ; which is a personal attack.

Yet , I do not see you condemning the worst president in US history in Chimpy as being a mental midget , when there isn’t 1 press conference he has where he doesn’t utter the most idiotic and biggest bunch of shit ever spewed.

You’re worth used toilet paper ; and your views are worth even less…………

Oh good grief, more wingnuts quoting Michael Savage!

No michael the meth boy, the problem isn’t that liberals have a mental defect, it’s that AS YOU’VE GOTTEN OLDER, your DEMENTIA (a MENTAL DEFECT) has made you progressively MORE RETARDED!

    ============================================

    Not if its true.

Do you really believe, I mean really believe that

All Republicans want to take health insurance away from children

That Glenn Beck is really happy that southern Californians lost their houses

Do you really believe Bush wants to kill as many humans as he possible can

Do you really believe that Cheney is only doing what he does to make himself and his friends richer

Do you really think Bush is doing as bad a job as he can on purpose

Do you really think Al Gore won the 2000 election

If you answer yes to any of the above you are not spending enough time on research OR you have a condition that does not allow cognitive thinking.

    Comment by Billy Hill — October 24, 2007 @ 8:41 pm

    Well , 1st off , it isn’t true , so it is a personal attack….

2nd , you’re going by your insignificant , narrow-minded and ignorant viewpoint to make a laughable assumption of a multitude of people ; most , if not all , are worlds more intelligent than yourself.

3rd As per your absurd “list” :
When did I ever claim any of the above , and what has any of it to do with your ridiculously stupid rant and asinine tangent from your previous post ?
Plus you , accusing or insisting to others that they “spend enough time doing research” , is hilarious in a pathetic and sickening way ; what “research” have you done ?

Listening to wrong wingnut radio hosts spewing absolute bullshit is not “research” , chowderhead……..

    BTW
    2000 Presidential election

    Al Gore - 51,003,926 votes

    Chimpy McFlightsuit - 50,460,110 votes

I was taught in school that 51 is greater than 50 ; ergo , guess who won ?

My “bed time” is spent with all the women that laughed in your face and blew you off (which is why I’m incredibly busy)

Keep smoking ; as if you can spare the brain cells , dipshit …….

  19. MCMetal Says:

right 51 is higher than 50, but guess what “its called the electorial college” Trump is always better isn’t it.

    Comment by robroy — October 24, 2007 @ 10:31 pm

Yes , if you actually possessed a decent hand , that is……

It’s the “Electoral College” , you unintelligible doof ; and Chimpy did not garner that legitimately.

It took his brother and a pig named Katherine Harris to create such a dubious outcome , that the SCOTUS needed to intervene and create an even more questionable decision……

If you believe that’s “winning” , that’s why you’re just another GOP/Chimpy leg humping stupid sycophant………

  20. MCMetal Says:

    MCMetal
great job with all the women, hope your air compressor is working at 100%.

    Comment by robroy — October 24, 2007 @ 10:32 pm

Because I should instead think of becoming a closet queen in the Republican party like yourself and many of their politicians ?

No thanks , I’ll pass on that “honor”.
