Ok…I am trying not explode from the ignorance of this, but this isn’t a thread about “the most desirable torture (if I had to choose). It is about TORTURE BEING WRONG and not having an Attorney General that will hedge on the issue to protect those EXERCISING TORTURE!

i read your opinion piece in the ny times this morning. you are wrong sir. you have sworn to uphold and protect the constitution of the united states of america. by voting in favor of mr. mukasey’s appointment as attorney general you have violated your oath of office. torture is against our laws. we are protected from it and it’s practice by our constitution. the prohibition against “cruel and unusual” punishment cannot be compromised. mr. mukasey has not stood up to vigorously defend this protection. in fact he has refused to answer the question! therefore you have no choice but to vote against his appointment. you did not do this. you did not protect our constitution as you promised you would do when you took office. you should be ashamed of yourself. you should resign. americans are becoming more and more discouraged and disappointed with their government. if you would like to the know the reason why go back and read your opinion piece in the ny times. then look in the mirror and ask yourself what a real american would do.

The problem is this….These sociopaths and their boot licker Democrat enablers can do a lot of damage in 14 months, such as Declaring Martial Law or Attacking another country or two on cooked intelligence.

This “debate” over whether waterboarding is torture is like having a debate on whether methedrine is a stimulant or depressant. I mean, even the CIA itself, not known as a humanitarian organization, says it is torture.

We should not complain when Americans are tortured according to your logic. It’s a friggin’ torture fest. YeeeHawwwww!! We can televise the torture, and believe me, some of the Skin-Head Nazis that are beginning to dominate our culture will cheer it on.

Oh, I forgot one more thing………What if the person you are torturing is innocent?
