White House upset that Brown is not war-mongering.

The Bush administration is reportedly “losing patience with Gordon Brown over Iran, with senior American diplomats frustrated by his reluctance to declare bluntly that the Islamic state must never be allowed nuclear weapons.” A State Department official says: “It would be helpful if he took a tougher line in public. … We need Iran, and the rest of the world, to realise that this is not just a bunch of crazy Americans on the one side and flaky Europeans on the other – that we are united on this one.”

We (the Bush Administration) are a bunch of crazy Americans and the Europeans are not going to be mislead on this one the way they were mislead on Iraq. Tony Blair lost his job because of his support for Bush’s war mongering. Apparently Brown is a little more intelligent and independent than Blair was.

Yes Bush has the once honest Powell the lie to the UN and Tony Blair who did as he was told for a price. Now the World sees the Bush/Cheney plan was made out before Bush stole the election. Each World Leader has been lied to from day one. Bush/Cheney wanted to invade 7 Middle Eastern countries to steal oil and give the land to Israel. Yes with God’s help it backfired and failed. PM Brown is working for the people of the UK while Bush/Cheney are working for big business and themselves. So how did Iran get it’s start with nuclear technology?

    from today’s Washington Post:

The most urgent line of inquiry — particularly given Bush’s bellicose statements about the threat posed by Iran’s nuclear ambitions — centers on what exactly Khan provided to the Iranians over 15 years of doing business with them. He could help answer the questions on which war may depend: Is Iran trying to get the bomb? If so, how close is Tehran to obtaining it? Or are the mullahs simply pursuing a civilian nuclear capacity? We do know that Khan sold Iran advanced equipment to manufacture and operate the centrifuges that can enrich uranium, either to generate electricity or to provide the fuel for a weapon. But Khan’s nuclear bazaar trafficked in other goodies as well — including the blueprints for a Chinese-made nuclear warhead,…

Pakistan has Khan under house arrest….unavailable for questioning.

I’m thinking the real problem is not with Gordon Brown, but with Pakistan’s Mussharrif.

Even if what you are saying is true, we gave him the change to build a responsible, intelligent defense for his country, a third-world country. He has failed. No matter where he obtained the weapons, he is not fit to call for enriching uranium, and he is incompetent in exercising due diligence to prevent the supply of weapons — whether or not it’s actually endorsed by the government — to harm U.S. forces in Iraq.

“Allies of Condoleezza Rice, the US Secretary of State, have told The Sunday Telegraph that the Prime Minister should emulate France’s President Nicolas Sarkozy and warn that Iran MAY FACE MILITARY ACTION, IN ORDER TO HELP AVERT A NEW WAR in the Middle East.”

    AND

Ms Rice’s inner circle argue that unless Iran believes that its defiance of the international community will lead to serious economic and military consequences, there is little hope of diplomacy succeeding. They regard Britain as a key to that effort.

“At the moment, I don’t think Iran takes the threat seriously. We need Iran, and the rest of the world, to realise that this is not just a bunch of crazy Americans on the one side and flaky Europeans on the other – that we are united on this one.”

NOTE: CRAZY AMERICANS AND BRITISH LAST TIME, UNITING IN THE CREATION OF A DISASTEROUS AND UNNECESSARY WAR. THE OTHER EUROPEANS (OLD EUROPE) WHO REFUSED TO SUPPORT THAT WAR, WERE RIGHT…BUT THEY WERE “FLAKY?”

“The State Department wants its closest allies to do everything they can to make diplomacy work, partly to convince hawks in the Bush administration to support the effort, and they are irritated that Mr Brown has failed to do so.

US diplomats want the Prime Minister to say publicly and repeatedly that a nuclear-armed Iran is totally unacceptable and that Teheran cannot and will not be allowed to develop nuclear weapons under any circumstances.

    NOTE: THREATS ARE NOT DIPLOMACY.

In stark contrast, Mr Sarkozy HAS MADE CLEAR THAT WAR WILL COME. Last week, while in the US, he pointedly said that it was “unacceptable that Iran should have, at any point, a nuclear weapon”, the exact words that the State Department wants to hear from Mr Brown.

The French President had previously said that Teheran was presenting the world with a choice between “an Iranian bomb and bombing Iran”. His foreign minister, Bernard Kouchner, warned in September: “We must prepare for the worst. The worst is war.”

    AND:

Nile Gardner, a former adviser to Margaret Thatcher and an expert on transatlantic relations at the Heritage Foundation think tank, said: “Britain is clearly losing influence in Washington after Tony Blair. Brown is the invisible man in terms of his profile here.

“It should be of concern in London that France is muscling in on traditional British territory.”

What, are we going to rename English Muffins? At least, good wine won’t be poured down the drain again.

Having spent some time in France, I only know that the French don’t like our saber rattling, and Mr Sarkozy may find his influence, power and popularity on a swift decline in France.

Shooting/bombing abortion Dr’s is also the exclusive terrorist act of the reich-wing Christianistas in the country. Threats to kill abortion Dr’s are also terrorist in nature!!!

Attacking gays is also a big time terrorist activity for the reich-wing Christianistas. They don’t just hate gays they actually don’t mind if they die of aids or get dragged behind a truck or tied to a fence post and left for dead. Why? Because the reich-wing Christianistas want to “teach them a lesson” which is to commit a terrorist act (instilling fear) against others who are different from them. Well, they did adopt the pagan festival of lights and called it Christmas and also the pagan rituals surounding Easter (Oester.) Did you ever read about baby chicks and bunnies in the Bible? I guess they hung on a different cross that day! Nothing says Jesus like a little pink chick on Easter morning uh?

Imagine if Jesus came back and saw all these Churches with Crucifixes on them? He’d run off to the dimension where he came from.

No, I never read about little bunnies and chicks in the bible, but I did read about multi-horned beasts coming out of the sea, burning forests and grass, and disintegrating the universe.

ST Paul hijacked the Essenes and Gnostics, and turned the bible into a handbook of insanity.

My parents gave me a baby chick for Easter one year and I told them, “You and Jesus hang to this for 6 months and we’ll have lunch.”

We did, but, the chick turned out to be a turkey and it was Thanksgiving!!! A Jesus free holiday!!! Yes!!!

I don’t think St Paul really “turned the bible into a handbook of insanity.” It already was!!!

Europe is an increasingly disheveled country with a future of terror ahead. Talk about all the Muslims who swarm into that country and are refusing to assimilate, proclaiming they will someday dominate. They likely consider it their perfect headquarters.

Tolerance, fellow leftists! Diversity, fellow leftists! Sensitivity, fellow leftists!

Hahahahaha. When, exactly, did Europe become a country? Curious Europeans all over, you know, that place called Europe, would like very much to know.

  160. dixie blood says:

That’s why I make a distinction between Christians and Christianistas.

Christianistas are the facist, reich-wing, mouth-breathing, piss-soaked, RePugniScums that predominate the south and mid-west and worship at the alter of Fox News while seeking to enrich themselves at the expense of others, even if the others are less fortunate. I call them Jesusmongers too!!

  161. dixie blood says:

I love Christians. I hate Christianistas. BIG DIFF!

    You’re correct!

What I meant to say is St Paul turned the Essene-Gnostic-Dead Sea Scrolls into a book of insanity.

That’s funny; a troll trying to impress with a high-falutin’ handle, while not knowing he’s attacking another wingnut!

Not the black Christian churches!!! And not the tolerant Christians!!

Only the rabid Christianistas (lily-white, RePugniScum, chickenhawk, fat, a$$wipes and their piglet shaped children) are cheering for more war!!! Well, also the Israelis want more war of course. Ask Bill Kristol!!

You won’t find mainstream Christians cheering for more war. You also won’t find The Quakers or Amish are cheering for more war either.

It is a critical time for MSC (mainstream Chistians) to stand up and fight the power. We are seeing some evidence of this as some congregations are opting to fight against poverty and social injustice ahead of stopping abortion and gay rights. Don’t hold your breath though.

  165. dixie blood says:

Why don’t the real Christian churches speak up, before people start equating all Christianity with the doctrine of the warmongering right wing?

    Comment by BARTLEBEE — November 11, 2007 @ 5:31 pm

They are starting to but they are scared. If they speak out they will be shunned. If they march in the street the government will photograph and investigate them and tap their phones. If they persist the government will render them to a non-christian place and beat them.

What can a non-facist Chistian do???

  166. theswan says:

I beg to differ. Flaky Americans and crazy Europeans. Flaky trumps crazy, here.

Come on Brownie, start your anti-islamic rhetoric going. That’s what your bosses want you to do.

In the meantime, don’t remind them that your Queen’s pound is worth twice a Bush dollar, sure sign of a losing war, Heh!

  168. celtic cynic says:

“We need Iran, and the rest of the world, to realise that this is not just a bunch of crazy Americans on the one side and flaky Europeans on the other”

Problem is it is a bunch of crazy americans trying to get others to join in their warmongering campaigns.

    BTW, Europeans are not flaky!!

For one thing, I can remember John Paul II saying the war in Iraq was “morally wrong”. At the time, derisive comments were made referring to ongoing paedorast news.
Why should WE do everything? Are we responsible for everything that goes on? Shouldn’t others (perhaps non-Christians) also shoulder some responsibility? How about it!

First, you are WE and I am me. I am not a Christian or christianista.

“Shouldn’t others (perhaps non-Christians) also shoulder some responsibility?”

They do! However, the racist, facist, riech-wing Christianistas are the majority and are phu(king this country into the ground.

The reason we don’t is because, according to Bush’s daddy…

Sherman: Surely you recognize the equal citizenship and patriotism of Americans who are atheists?

Bush: No, I don’t know that atheists should be considered as citizens, nor should they be considered patriots. This is one nation under God.

Now just imagine any president, former or current, saying the same thing about, oh, I don’t know, Jews.

  173. Leftside Annie says:

    Oh, this is funny.

When truths come out that the trolls like UsualLeftist don’t like, all they can do is resort to personal insults.

Very entertaining, sweetie. You’re cute when you’re angry!

  174. cokids says:

When all this comes home to roost and they start jailing and ‘camping’ people who don’t agree with them, wonder what the righties will do without anyone to disagree with! Their nirvana can never be cause no one is quite right enough!

Oh I forgot, they’ll start eating each other then! That’s right! There will always be people who aren’t quite right enough, won’t there!?
