That the invasion of and current status of the United States as a foreign occupier of a sovereign nation are the sole responsibility of this administration and the 109th Congress. 3. That the Congress demand that the President submit a detailed plan, by January 21, 2008, for disengaging all U.S. military personnel by the time the next president is sworn in on January 20, 2009. 4. That failure to do so will be met by the initiation of Articles of Impeachment. Period. Time for Congress to shit or get off the pot! All of the above comments are much ado about nothing!
