The ultra rich would then take advantage of that, I'm sure and "offshore" their citizenships. Considering what's gone on with "American" corporations, its not hard to imagine something like that happening --with the Cayman Islands or Palau giving citizenships for a nice fee. 12…how in the heck would that work?
