Actually, I turned 40 this year and I don’t feel that I am entitled to anything more than what I have earned, which is substantial, considering my age. My successes fly in the face of those who feel that white men don’t deserve success and wealth, as they could only have stolen it from more deserving women and minorities. Their belief system is not only detrimental for me, but even moreso for those they claim to represent.

Perhaps in some cases, not in others …

Long time no read! Last months have been a work nightmare for me, sorry. It’s one of the worst periods of the year in my job, and bosses did keep buzzing around me giving extra “urgent, special tasks”, to be added to the heap of “regular” job.

I’ve been almost unable to be up to date with Thinkprogress, or even The Zoo.

Hope you’re fine and your studies are going nicely (in Christmas vacation now, I suppose).
