Only 7?!?!
The most effective way for humans to reduce energy consumption, limit green house gases, lessen our impact on the environment etc, etc is to be more responsible with respect to family planning and population growth. A family of 7 leaves one hell of a carbon footprint no matter how much you do to limit consumption and promote the use of alternative energy sources. My apologies if your large family is the result of adoption.

I don’t know what the ideal number is, but clearly six billion plus is putting one hell of a strain on good ol’ mother earth. That’s a quarter of a million humans for every polar bar on this planet!

Keep up the good work, everyone, but let’s not forget population planning. Reversing population growth is THE one sure way to leave the planet in relatively good shape for future generations. Human and otherwise.

As far as Jeeps goes, I’m a lightweight when it comes to collecting them, but thanks for the honorable mention.

Well most in my field have been ignoring such alleged creatures as Bigfoot for years as cryptobiology is not a real branch of the discipline

The whole point of the thread numbnuts was that Stevens doesn’t want polar bears rated as endangered so the regulations for building the pipeline are laxer than they would need to be. You are arguing against yourself.

You totally missed, as usual, the point we were all trying to make. That is that you don’t live in an actual home with a basement, attick, brick walls and such. You live in a trailer, just as we suspected. Hence the trailer trash behavior. I did not lie and I did not make stuff up we were just going by what you said. I had already looked up the details of your “mansion” and that’s what we all found so amusing. Where I live a mansion starts at about $3 million and has at least 7 bedrooms and 5 baths. Otherwise it’s just a nice house. But then again I don’t come from New Mexico. Remember some of us are from urban areas where real homes cost real money and there’s no room to park 20 vehicles. And yes we are in the auto business not in the trailer home business. And when we tow something it’s a 20 foot boat not our home. See we really don’t have anything in common.

Next Senator Steven’s is an ass ho*e, criminal, thief for the reich winged bull shit bush bunch…Not only doe’s he not give a crap about polar bear’s he has been behind the arial killing of wolve’s for year’s..He and the gov. of alaska are all together with the mind set of cut it, drill it or kill it..Just like bush/cheney….The pipe line gimmick is just that…If they do drill up there most of what they get out of the ground will be shipped by single hulled barges to Japan…Even if it were to be piped down to the lower state’s it’s only 6 month’s worth of fuel at best…

What they get out of the ground is a drop in the bucket compared to what they will do syphoning money away from our econemy in tax cut’s or almost free land leases….It boggles the mind what distruction it will and can do to the wildlife….Then if they do have oil spill’s like Exxon Valdeze they will spend billion’s of dollers in right off’s for attorney’s instead of clean up..All over our country this administration and it’s stupid supporter’s are taking our wilderness, park’s, and BLM land and giving it away to big corporation’s for profit…..Wildlife and humans are suffering because of this madness……It must stop….Blessings

Right because the pipeline just magically appears in pristine areas with no trampling of an area to build the pipeline and no accidents that cause environmental catastrophe ever.
