I know this is late and probably won’t get seen; but I will respond.

I appreciate you point, but I don’t see how blaming Israel for USA actions is equivalent to Germans condemning the German government for treating Jews horribly. A correct analogy is blaming Japan or some other country for what Hitler was doing. Helps to obfuscate the real issue.

Condemning Israel for the treatment of Palestinians is not the issue. No one that I know will label you anti-semitic for that. That is a valid point and although I think Israel is in a tough predicament, they are not always in the right.

Blaming Israel for OUR foreign policy, that is the problem. Not agreeing with our policy unconditionally supporting Israel is legitimate (and I agree with you), but when you suggest that a specific nation is covertly influencing our policy and imply that there are some Israeli (Jewish) puppet masters behind the abhorrent actions of the US only helps scapegoat, cloud the issues, and avoid fixing the real problems.

Our policy ABOUT Israel is not the best, but Israel is not guiding our policy. Focusing on the “Israeli” influence in our government is not going to solve our wide range of problems. We USE Israel for our purposes.

Fair enough, but keep in mind that weâ€™re talking about a guy who has multiple faceplants riding his bicycle, passed out eating a pretzel and couldnâ€™t even keep from doing a header off of a Seque in his Popâ€™s driveway. Thereâ€™s a pretty healthy record of bumbling and incompetence weâ€™re working with here. Heâ€™s not exactly graceful – I think even Ford had more coordination.
