Bush worshippers cannot even conceive of defending their families against any horrible trespass by Bush or his evil minions. These groveling sycophants are authoritarians. This is a mental illness caused by overbearing and/or violent parents. To them, Bush is the ultimate authority figure, so it is unacceptable to question any heinous act by Bush or any loathsome creature Bush has empowered to carry out his sinister agenda.
