That person was almost invisible and never seen unless the Prez died. People hated Cheney but just like Bush he was hated because he makes decisions on sound principles and does not waiver with public opinion. That is what Libs and Dems hate...someone that will not listen to them. They want to show public opinion and how a decision should be made to make people happy...instead of a decision that is right for the future of the country.
