Fox News hypes Rove as strategist who ‘knows it all.’

Last week, Inside Cable News reported that former Bush adviser Karl Rove was rumored to be joining Fox News as a contributor and that he would “likely be used throughout Super Tuesday coverage.” Fox News confirmed the rumor today, declaring in an ad, “Now Karl Rove joins the Fox political team.” Watch it:

Knows how to drive his patron’s approval ratings into the dumpster?
    That kind of “all”?

    The sheeple will love him.

  4. CitiDC says:

He knows where the bodies he buried are, that is.

Hey Karl…. Estadio Partners LLC? Was that a kickback vehicle for you? And why did you sell that Bed and Breakfast to your friends for above market value?

  5. Uncle Ho says:

Hey, KKKarl, How’s that permanent Republican majority working out?
    (:-D)

  6. WaltTheMan says:

At least he was no offered an OpEd position at the NY Times, yet.

In the persona of KKKarl, the Third Reich is alive and well on Fox News.

    Soooooooooooooeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

  11. RUCerious says:

he would “likely be used throughout Super Tuesday coverage.”

And Super Tuesday is tomorrow, so this may be the shortest gig in TV bullshit history!

  12. overlap says:

    Great.

Im sure FOX news will just get more FAIR AND BALANCED with bush’s top advisor on their staff.

    right ?

you wouldnt expect bush’s top advisor to be BIASED in any way would you ????

  13. whatevah says:

If I were KKKarl I wouldn’t be bragging about knowing it all; this will come back to haunt him when his Nuremberg trial begins.

  14. GSD says:

The Minister of Propaganda finally gets an office in The Ministry of Propaganda.

Can Fox Snooze be any more pathetically blatant?

Break out the Febreze Fox, your comfy office chairs are going to reek of Turdblossom.

Fleeing one sinking ship only to board another. Yeah, he’s brilliant alright.

  16. RUCerious says:

Faux Snooze, your source for bare assed neocon fellation!

  17. A Patriot Acting says:

KKKarl to Roger Ailes, ” I’m just here to get to the nub of the thing so everybody whip it out. Roger, Rupert, Bill-o, Hannity, all you guys just line up and I’ll show you some compassionate conservatism that’ll rock your worlds!”

  18. pbg says:

    “Knows it all”–but won’t testify.

  19. Wayne says:

Looks like Faux’s channels will remain banned on my magic sparkle box.

I didn’t watch the Super-duper Bowl this year because I won’t break that ban, even for the Super Bowl.

  20. Roket says:

Simply more proof that Faux is having problems finding commentators to appear on their show. The only people who will appear on Faux are low lifers form the bottom of the barrel, or treasonous criminals.

  21. bernard quatermass says:

“If I were KKKarl I wouldn’t be bragging about knowing it all; this will come back to haunt him when his Nuremberg trial begins.”

What a sweet dream … I wish it would come true, oh wow, do I.

  22. Oval12345678 aka James K. Sayre says:

Karl knows how to rig elections electronically, using software designed to be easily hacked on Diebold and ES&S computerized voting machines and optical-scan vote tabulating machines. Bush and other Republicans are just very sore losers, who can’t stand to lose in an honest election, so that have to resort to electronically hacking, rigging, fixing and stealing elections. Been doing it since 2000. Will keep on doing it until we demand a return to hand-counted paper ballots in all elections…

  23. draftedin68 says:

All mention of Rove joining FOX NEWS should be written similar to:

“Karl Rove will OFFICIALLY join the FOX NEWS team.”

Now, Karl won’t have to worry about erasing the messages he used to send from his White House and/or RNC computer to the teleprompters at FOX NEWS.

You running for Dog Catcher, O.Chimpy-humper?

  25. PeterW says:

he would “likely be used throughout Super Tuesday coverage.”

    So will toilet paper.

  26. OxyCon says:

“Now Karl Rove joins the Fox political team.”

    ————-

    More like:
“Now we at Fox ‘News’ can pay Karl Rove for doing what he’s already been doing these past 7 years.”
    or:
“Now we can drop all apprehension and just say that Karl Rove is a Fox ‘News’ employee”.

  27. Buckie Boy says:

“Knows it all” but he ain’t telling, it’s a secret.

This pig fk belongs in prison.

    Buck Fush

  28. wisedup says:

I wonder if ‘waterboarding’ will get him to ‘tell all?’…oh just one more won’t hurt….lol.

  29. Dave C says:

Ha ha ha, Bigfoot campaigning. That’s as funny as Bigfoot enlisting. Two things that would never happen.

  30. osage says:

Faux news hiring Karl Rove as a political strategist is like hiring O. J. Simpson as a marriage counselor.

  31. Zimzone says:

Turds of leather tend to stick together

  32. ralph the wonder llama says:

What a great hire. Rove not only has a face for radio, he also has a voice for print, and an intellect for bathroom graffiti.

  33. Zimzone says:

Maybe KKKarl can predict all the primaries for Brittainy Hume.

He can’t lose with his predictions, seeing as how they have all the machines already rigged.

  34. bilbobaggins says:

This is going to be a very interesting election. The Republicans can get away with stealing races by flipping the results if the margin is 3-4 points. But if the margin is 10 points, they are not going to be able to flip the results without it being very obvious that the election had been hacked. That’s why they lost in 2006. They bet on a 4% margin and routinely the Democrats beat the Republicans by 6%. That ended up with the Democrat winning by a 2% margin rather than a 6% margin, but it was still a win. I also suspect that there would be more Democrats in office today because the Republicans cheated by 4% and some Democrats were within that 4% margin.

Oh well, I personally think it is going to be a rout and that the Republicans might not even try to steal the election since it would be so obvious, they would never be able to do it again.

Hopefully by the 2010 election, there will be no states that allow voting on electronic voting machines with no paper trails.

  35. Buckie Boy says:

Bigmouth is campaigning for Road Kill Collector or Bush Fluffer.

  36. bilbobaggins says:

Outstanding! I’d like to have that guy running my campaign!
    Comment by O. Bigfoot

Since OBigFootInMouth has no morals or ethics, it stands to reason that he would love to have Karl Rove in his court. Somehow creepy slimy people seem to find each other. And they deserve each other.

  37. Lefty Patriot says:

Outstanding! I’d like to have that guy running my campaign!

    Comment by O. Bigfoot — February 4, 2008 @ 12:27 pm

You’d need a thief like him, since nobody with brains would vote for a cheap huckster like you.

  38. Daddy-O says:

There is only one realistic and honest reaction to this news:

    ha ha

  39. Jackie says:

Karl will do well in jail as his salad is tossed. We’ll see Karl really shine as he becomes some jail mate’s woman. Let’s see if Fox News reports that story.

  40. sacopenapa says:

THIS ANIMAL SHOULD BE BEHIND BARRS!

  41. eLad in MO says:

Rove knows it all, alright, and is under subpoena to tell the American people just what he DOES know.

  42. Marie says:

Yep, that’s where the scum belongs: with the propaganda network.
He should be featured in a courtroom in front of a judge – a more deserved appointment for him.

Rove is a reviled character in American politics, no matter how much success he has brought to his people – so is is no surprise that Fox finds him attractive. He will appeal to the cretins who get all their “news” from Fox. One could almost feel pity for the Fox viewer, but when they believe the lies, repeat the lies and vote accordingly, they don’t deserve pity, they deserve scorn, ridicule and isolation.

  43. McWars says:

Fox is entitled to their math. Rove is entitled to the math. He’ll be working with a lot of negative integers on the Republican side this fall.

  44. The Shadow says:

Karl Rove is an idiot. He’s not smart at all, the democrats are just weak. If they had any balls at all, we wouldn’t be in this mess.

  45. bernard quatermass says:

Please don’t feed the trolls. They just get off on the attention.

  46. shoeless says:

If Karl Rove knows it all, we should waterboard him to make him talk.

  47. scytherius says:

And the marginalization of Faux News continues. After the evisceration of the Repug party by Rove even Repugs think he’s a moron. Keep it up Fox! Except for the 25% knuckle draggers the other 75% realize what clowns you are. Want prrof? Check out their Business Channel ratings where people who actually have a brain are those that would tune in. Test patterns get better ratings.

  48. This Machine Kills Fascists says:

    He knows it all?

Good, enforce the subpoena, and he can share…

  49. flavorino says:

Fox already employs one lawbreaker, traitor Ollie North who provided arms to that ‘Axis of Evil’ member, Iran.
His conviction was overturned not because the court declared him innocent but because the court said he was given immunity to testify in front of Congress, therefore his conviction couldn’t stand.
    How many people know that?
    Down the memory hole.

Watching Fox “News” only makes people stupider.
That’s probably in their real mission statement.

  50. faceoftruth says:

Fox makes me gag. Turn on the tube, and its in your face. Hope for some quick news fix was google news. Now that too is turning out to be a mainstream, commercialized, money generating vehicle. I decided to create my own news site. that way i dont have to wait for anybody to serve me news! drop by faceoftruth dot com if you are tired of google news.

  51. kasinca says:

There will be no justice till that fat pillsbury doughboy is in jail running from Bubba.

  52. Swiftstone says:

This sort of unmitigated, brazen evil is the reason we need to impeach every one of these clowns down to the last man and woman, so that they may never hold an office of trust again. Rove was involved with the Nixon administration, and it clearly shows.

And as for the orders to appear and testify that ‘Turdblossom’ seems to think he can ignore; I’ll say the same thing to him that he said to us in order to browbeat the public into accepting increasing violations of their privacy.

Why mister Rove, if you have nothing to hide, should there be any problem with testifying, and providing records to the government?

  53. natisman says:

I think he would look good on FAUX with a little hitler moostace under his nose and a nice uniform with a Sam Brown belt and maybe a monkey next to him.

In fact I will be looking at him with those accessories on. Thats my idea now, you folks have to make your own little scenario!
