John McCain will most certainly obtain the nomination. Our money and influence will pay out in November. In the interim let us continue to make our calls into the talk radio and provide the wedge to split the party. The pundits can work for us in our favor. Let us continue to frame the “Liberals” of the Republican Party as a cancer that must be cut off.

Gentlemen I forecast the fracture of the GOP within 12 months. They cannot withstand the force of their own hate machine. Their guns of hate have acer aspire 1800 battery, apple a1185 white battery been pointed at their own heads for the last 8 years. We have supplied the ammunition. All we have now to do is wait, while they dismember themselves in efforts to purify the Party of God.

Hillary will win in November against McCain or more of the same McBushIII. Obama cannot win, particularly now. Sure looks like to me that Obama is showing himself for the far left latte drinker that he has been since the start. Remember, divide and conquer in Europe by taking advantage of the youth and minority races? Starting to rack them up and the republicans will have a field day in November i.e. monster, NAFTAgate, his real plans for his Irag withdrawal revealed, small town slam and oh yeah, [W]right!!!! Obama’s latest truly revealing small small town slam calling “US” bitter, etc., finally shows him for the elitist rat that he has been from the start and has managed to hide thus far. Wake up America! He doesn't care a thing about promoting anybody but himself. We need Hillary Clinton. We can still save the nominating process and the Democratic Party, if we do the right thing in the primaries left to come. Let's not let the rest of America down. Decisive wins for Hillary in all remaining primaries will put Obama back in his rightful place- a rookie senator. We can still do this and I know the rest of "US" is counting on us. One last thing, where are the ranting raves by the MSM on this issue and why aren't they running this over and over and over again? He will lose the nomination because he is finally identified as the inferior candidate. We have to beat McCain in the fall Americans. Vote Hillary for a victory for the Democrats in November, otherwise we're doomed.

It scares me that I like Pat Buchanan more and more these days. Not that we agree with his politics of course but he makes sense when all the media pundits make none.

He is the only one that is practical to me on most political matters when they discuss the candidates and what the media is doing.

Gentlemen and respected members of this august body, may I offer up thanks to our concerted efforts over these past few years. Last night's primary vote totals show that our efforts to split and nullify the GOP have been proven successful.

While many Republicans turn out in mediocre numbers the base of their party have taken the bait. Our Dixie Land associates have successfully fed enough of our carefully crafted misinformation into the churches and clan halls of the south to push Our McCain into the lead throughout the nation.

As planned the Southern Evangelical voters have hoisted their champion, Huckabee, high upon their shoulders to proclaim their hate filled rhetoric and doctrines in a number of southern states. They have taken votes away from their only real conservative in this race and have separated themselves from the rest of the Republican voting block that is voting for a left leaning Republicrat we have dressed up as a war hawk.

The Kansas hate churches have separated the more intelligent factions of the GOP from the evangelicals and continue to spread the anti Romney message throughout multiple denominations and mega churches and luckily for us, all this they have done on their own. Ironically it seems that their hateful version of deity has punished their own voters in Arkansas and Tennessee with powerful tornados and storms for their voting last night.

The Our Giuliani Camp has successfully pushed forth legislation creating winner take all delegations for state primary elections. We knew Romney and Huckabee could not garnish enough votes to win major states so the winner take all delegation campaign has worked in our favor. Little do they know that by doing so they are moving more toward Democracy and less toward their beloved Republic ideals they so proudly tout.

Soon our efforts to separate the more independent and rational sectors of the GOP from the dregs of their fickle society will prove successful. We have increased the production of more yellow ribbon stickers and flags to be sold at the convenience stores throughout the South. We have even contracted another country music artist to record an emotional country song to amp up the fanatical patriots in their trailer parks. If the Republicans can consider bottom of the barrel their base, then this is all they will have left once this project is completed.

John McCain will most certainly obtain the nomination. Our money and influence will pay out in November. In the interim let us continue to make our calls into the talk radio and provide the wedge to split the party. The pundits can work for us in our favor. Let us continue to frame the "Liberals" of the Republican Party as a cancer that must be cut off.

Gentlemen I forecast the fracture of the GOP within 12 months. They cannot withstand the force of their own hate machine. Their guns of hate have been pointed at their own heads for the last 8 years. We have supplied the ammunition. All we have now to do is wait, while they dismember themselves in efforts to purify the Party of God.

While Democrats line up in record numbers trying to decide which candidate is the greatest the Republicans are lining up and voting for the Democrat we installed years ago. Eerily we have the neo-cons and Karl Rove's minions to thank for this. We will continue to press forward in this fight and remember. The future is now in our hands. We have been given this opportunity by ones that opposed us for so long. Let us never forget our vision. The future is past. We have already won.

Sincerely,

W.O.F.

So who would you vote for if Clinton is the Democratic candidate? You seem to be indicating you like Obama because of his anti war stance so I really don’t see how you could vote for McCain if Clinton takes the nomination.

Bilbo, you know I am no Kucinich fan, but if my choices were him and Hillary, I'd choose him. There never was nor ever could be any policy point, not even something as radically different as the DK or McCain positons on Iraq, that would allow me to support a return of Bill and Hillary to the WH. She is simply a non-starter for me. Please win, Barack, please....

Rednecks, Bible Thumpers, Nazi's and all sorts of like minded people will turn out in droves to vote against Hillary or Barack. I never imagined that Bush would get a second term. Who really thought it was possible? Anyone who thinks a third term of this disaster is not possible needs to look around. My Christian opinion about the book of Revelations is that it serves as a warning about things we should never do. These folks act like it's a gameplan. I hope they studied their "Left Behind" videos. We must stand together to prevent McCain from being the next George Bush. Make sure your friends actually vote. And pray those votes get counted correctly.

so smart, so eloquent…
and she’s on OUR side! yay!

I totally agree with you about Rachel Maddow. She is awesome and she is the most literate representative we have in the news media (or infotainment) that we have today. I really hope that MSNBC gets smart and gives her a show of her own. I read somewhere that they are working with her on a show and I notice that she is turning up all over everywhere on MSNBC these days. She's frequently on Countdown and she is a regular on Dan Abam's show.

Then MSNBC could give Tweety Matthew's spot to David Schuster. That would be a lock on that channel for me!

I am one of the people you describe in the willingness to jump ship. But not for Hillary. Policy wise, there is little discernable difference in the two except on Iraq, and I am not sure Obama wouldn’t do better there for a variety of reasons. But the main thing about Hillary is that no matter what she SAYS her policies are, I can’t believe it isn’t just something she is saying because she thinks it will help her win. In fact, I can be pretty sure she IS just saying what she thinks will get her back in the WH. With Obama, I am daring to believe he believes what he says. The same is true of McCain, though his much longer record opens him to much more self-contradiciton.
Believing what a politician says. It is a new experience, I kinda like it.

I agree with you about Clinton. But I will still vote for her if she is the candidate. McCain will continue to drive this country into a ditch. Even though she is more conservative than I would like, Clinton will try to get this country out of the ditch.

So who would you vote for if Clinton is the Democratic candidate? You seem to be indicating you like Obama because of his anti war stance so I really don't see how you could vote for McCain if Clinton takes the nomination.

The Democrats will crack the South. There are still enough people of good conscience in the South who will all vote Democratic. And then since the uber Religious right will all be staying home (this is a good thing), a Democrat should have no trouble taking southern states.

The truth is that many more Democrats voted in the primaries in the South than Republicans. That spells bad news for the Republicans.

There are only a dozen Democrats in Idaho. Idaho Republicans are trying to help John McCain by voting the weaker Democratic candidate in the Primary.

Not really....Amazingly, O. drew a crowd of over 10,000 in Boise. They couldn't have all been Rs. In Coeur D'Alene, a city of 35,000, 1300 people showed up for a Democratic caucus last night. The guy has something that hasn't been seen in a long time.

In other parts of the country, though, I expect many moderate Republicans are going to cross the line and vote Democratic. There are a lot of Republicans out there who are so disgusted with their party because of their borrow and spend mentality and their nation building aspirations, they are more than willing to cross the line and vote for a Democrat. I suspect more would be willing to do it if Clinton is the nominee than would with Obama because Clinton is closer to moderate conservatives in ideology than Obama is.

I am one of the people you describe in the willingness to jump ship. But not for Hillary. Policy wise, there is little discernable difference in the two except on Iraq, and I am not sure Obama wouldn't do better there for a variety of reasons. But the main thing about Hillary is that no matter what she SAYS her policies are, I can't believe it isn't just something she is saying because she thinks it will help her win. No, katy. Remember when Obama won the Iowa caucus? There was a huuuge celebration on the "Free Republic" web site. The Freepers were declaring victory. The hateful rant from the Freeper was posted on one of the message boards on Think Progress.

Neither of these demographics would be voting for a Democrat anyway, so the question is moot.

It's very heartening to see Rachel on MSNBC (and occasionally on NBC's Today Show!) to balance folks like Uncle Pat. Rachel does a FANTASTIC job of explaining the arcane workings of government, the 2 main parties and the world in general. I respect here, and am very proud that we are alike (Liberal, thoughtful, attracted to girls) ;-)
