The Republic of Stupidity: People like John McCain and Mike Huckabee are actually people who denounce torture. John McCain actually was tortured in a Vietnam POW camp, and Huckabee explicitly defers to McCain and calls waterboarding torture.

Did you all miss the memo? McCain regularly jokes about it, but he’s dead serious about acer travelmate 2400 battery,acer aspire 5500 battery waterboarding being torture. By deferring to McCain on this issue, Huckabee is one wise dude. You guys need to be a little better informed!

Yet another very clear reason why this man has no business whatsoever being President, Vice President or even Chief Dog Catcher.

I’d love to see Huckabee meet in person some of the people who have actually been waterboarded for real – and no I don’t mean those folks in our military and security services who undergo it with the comfort that their comrades will stop before it goes too far, but rather people who have had the torture performed on them for real, with no safeties. Tell some of those people who survived torture by the Khmer Rouge that their torture was just like running for the US presidency. Yeah, just try that with a straight face Huckaberry and see how fast you get that grin slapped off of it.
