Yeah, the economy did so bad from 1993 to 2000. In fact, the market generally does better under a demo than a repub. Just use yahoo finance and graph it out.

The Bush administration is taking a scorched earth approach to our economy. Bush is so pissed that nobody likes him, he is actively trying to make life unbearable for the next administration.

For you religious fundies out there, bush is the anti-christ. Just thought you should know.

Oh, and those $600+ “economic stimulus” checks coming out in May? Haven’t yet heard anyone say they are going to use more than $100 or so to go out and “stimulate” with. They are either going to pay on the VISA card or into the bank.

Wow. Recession, job losses, inflation, home foreclosures, perpetual war, government corruption, invasion of privacy, telephone wiretapping and spying on citizens, Supreme Court reduction of civil liberties and individual rights, obscene corporate profits, loss of affordable health care, lying and flip-flopping politicians, spiraling deficit, imperial presidency, spineless Congress.

Nope – not a third world banana republic, but USA circa 2008. I don’t think these are going to be referred to as “the good old days.”
