Yesterday, a federal judge withdrew his Feb. 15 order disabling Wikileaks.org, “a Web site that allows the anonymous posting of documents to discourage unethical behavior in governments and corporations.” The judge acknowledged that his earlier ruling “posed serious First Amendment questions and might constitute unjustified prior restraint.”

Took that judge a long time to realize that disabling a website posed a serious first amendment matter.
Must be a Bush lackey.
Check his legal findings and see if they were previously written by someone else.

Anyway…. good job…

Good for the judge getting the hint that his ruling would turn to dust. People who make amends to their mistakes are good people.

The Saudi Arabian embassy in Beirut has called on its nationals to leave Lebanon a day after a US warship was positioned off the country’s coast.
The embassy on Saturday sent SMS messages to Saudis living in Lebanon urging them to leave the country as soon as possible, Al Jazeera’s correspondent said.

Swiss bank Baer denies Web site tax scheme claims
Sat Mar 1, 2008 1:06pm EST
By Thomas Atkins
ZURICH (Reuters) - Swiss bank Julius Baer denied on Saturday claims by a Web site that its Cayman Islands branch was used for tax avoidance schemes, one day after a U.S. judge lifted an order that had shut down the site.
Wikileaks.org republished claims by a former Baer employee and self-proclaimed whistleblower that the Zurich-based bank used its international network to help clients avoid taxes after the federal judge lifted the lockdown on free-speech grounds.

Ban Ki-moon, the UN secretary-general, has condemned Israel for using “excessive” force in the Gaza Strip and demanded a halt to its offensive after troops killed at least 100 people over five days - more than 60 on Saturday alone.
At least a third of those killed have been children, according to medical sources in Gaza.

Have you noticed that your party is at 19% in the real polls? Have you noticed that Americans are sick of your lies and treason?
Now, practice this: President Barack Hussein Obama. Get used to it, you’ll be hearing it for 8 years.

March 2nd, 2008 at 10:01 aminternational opinion polls quite often show that citizens in countries the world over consider the U.S. to be the biggest threat to world peace. Somehow, I don’t think you’ll be hearing anyone in the British press calling for *them* to be invaded or sanctioned for that reason any time soon.

Even if this were true, which it is not, moronic trolls actually think that McCain can beat Obama when Democrats are voting in two to three times the number of Republicans who are voting? Once this becomes a real race between Obama and McCain, I bet that we will see Obama beating McCain by at least 10%.
The thing that National polls don’t take into consideration are 1) regional results, we all saw how wrong the National polls were in the many states that Obama took and 2) the number of people who vote.
Poor trolls, certainly are in panic mode these days, aren’t they.
