if not trillions, of American taxpayerâ€™s dollars that is bankrupting our country. Supporting the colossal misjudgments and horrendous failures of George W. Bush and John W. McCain isnâ€™t just irresponsible; itâ€™s insuring that America will continue to pointlessly lose lives and treasures without accomplishing anything positive for America or Iraq. This is much, much worse than the futility, failure and waste of Vietnam; this is grievous criminal negligence that has only served to embolden and empower Americaâ€™s enemies. Bushâ€™s and McCainâ€™s response to the terrorist attack of 9/11 has done more damage to our country than our worst enemies could have imagined or hoped for. The enemies Bush and McCain claimed are responsible for terrorism against America are now more powerful and unified than they were before Bush and McCain decided to invade and occupy Iraq. And they couldnâ€™t have accomplished that without the aid and enablement of George W. Bush and John W. McCain. How long must Americans continue pay for the arrogance, ignorance, incompetence and failed intentions of leaders of government too flawed to recognize or admit that in their misguided efforts dell inspiron 1420 battery,dell vostro 1400 battery to address a threatening situation, they have recklessly succeeded in turning it into a disastrously impossible one?

McCain’s opposition to the ban on torture surely cancells out any kudos given him over being tortured himself. In short, he’s back to being less than a “war hero”, not having learned from his experience in Viet Nam.

McCain is the media darling so one would expect that the truth would not get in the way of continuing to promote him in a flattering matter.

Doesn’t anybody fact-check anything before it is put out on the airwaves any more? Apparently not. Recently a poll showed that over 50% of American’s don’t trust MSM and this is exhibit A of why that is the case; they don’t deserve trust and they are showing no willingness to earn it back.

sure is a good thing only mccain made it over to viet nam – imagine how many more friendly-fire casualties and wrecked jets dubbie could’ve tallied.

john mccain caused over a hundred deaths on the uss forrestal, and fled the scene of the crime with his admiral daddy’s help.

then, after ditching the 5th of the 5 jets he ditched (how much $ is that, btw), he caved under “enhanced interrogation techniques” and renounced his country on film for the VC.

what the hell kind of hero does those things?

real heroes give their lives to save others. mcmaverick gave others to save his own.

Urban legend also has it that McCain, Hagel, John Warner and one or two other Republicans stared Bush down a couple of years ago on another torture bill. But what they really did was talk like they were against it; and then turned around and re-wrote the bill, giving Bush the right to torture whomever he wanted. The capitulation was never reported by the media, only the grandstanding.

The Democrats just don’t know how to create a positive narrative for themselves, for the media to parrot. (It’s a gift.)

Has Howard Dean weighed in on this yet? I thought the rules were pretty clear before the primaries started. Michigan and Florida had their early primaries KNOWING the consequences, and they held them anyway. All the Democratic candidates knew the rules as well. There shouldn’t be any discussion on this at all — and certainly not any suggestion that this has yet to be “resolved”.

Hillary attempting to get the rules changed to favor her in the middle of the game shows appallingly poor sportsmanship on her part.

I’m tired of the lying they do while looking straight at us, I’m entirely appalled at the torture they commit in our names and sick to death of having my civil liberties curtailed in the name of terrorism, for Bush, Cheney and the rest of them are the real terrorists. I watched, on youtube, a talk given by Naomi Wolf wherein she discusses the 10 steps that a would-be dictator puts into play before closing off an open society and how close we actually are to having our constitution torn to shreds before our very eyes. We have to mobilize against these insane people and take our country back in every way that we possibly can, before we’ve lost our chance.
