So basically, what he’s really saying is not that Baghdad is or isn’t an incredibly dangerous or deadly place. He’s saying that he’s a scared old racist white man afraid to walk in the (black) centers of American cities.

Yeah, no big surprise there, considering he started his political career caging them out of the right to vote, if I correctly recall.

Based on what? The way they took that huge budget deficit that Clinton left us and turned it into a huge surplus?
The way they used those telecom wiretaps to prevent 9-11?
The way they have raised America’s standing and reputation around the world?
The way they have shown by example the best in their honesty, incorruptability and American values?
The way they have prudently handled the economy and provided stringent oversight of the taxpayers money, where it goes and how it is spent?
The way they have put the well being of our military before political concerns and well connected contractors?
The value they put on human lives and America’s future?
I could go on singing their praise for a couple hours..but I do have other things to do

I know you guys think that McCain doesn’t have a chance, but he does have a strong appeal to moderates because he is a liberal. If he is succesful in getting the Conservative and Moderate vote he will win. That is why you guys need to pray that Conservatives work against him and you would be smart to aid that.

As much as I usually give credence to small, hollow, highly-strung wooden instruments, I’m still going to just-not-care, buddy.

Have this talk with some of your other conservative friends – maybe it will give you all enough reasons to reconsider your allegiance to a corrupt and obsolete political ideology.

That would be a real step forward for y’all, and the only one that will give you any relevance in the future.
