More than 30 arrested in Iraq war protests.
Today, police arrested more than 30 people “who blocked entrances at the Internal Revenue Service building” as “part of a day of protests to mark the fifth anniversary of the U.S. invasion of Iraq.” Demonstrators also converged in Miami and San Francisco, and other cities across the country.

I went to my first anti-Iraq war rally in NYC in March 2003 I think it was. It was completely peaceful and yet the authorities looked at us like terrorists. They were filming everything and taking pictures of everybody. I’m sure I’m in their database now. That’s just wrong.

The new President and CEO of Slavery Inc. In my opinion, real alternatives like Kucinich and Paul were taken from us after the first primary. We must stand up for ourselves on the local level first.
