Kilmeade storms off Fox and Friends set over co-hosts’ Obama-bashing.
Earlier today, ThinkProgress noted how Fox News Sunday host Chris Wallace chastised his colleagues on the Fox and Friends morning show for their “excessive” and “somewhat distorting” coverage of Sen. Barack Obama’s comments about his grandmother. Earlier in the show, according to the Huffington Post, Fox and Friends co-host Brian Kilmeade “argued that the remark needed to be taken in context and eventually got so fed up with his co-hosts that he walked off set.” Watch it:

I’m intelligent enough to notice how biased all three are and I have to be smart enough to judge stories they report on by myself. MSNBC caters solely to Obama, CNN hates Mccain, and Fox hates Obama. The only talking point you and the other preachers can annotate in the media is his statement about G-d damn America; nothing about the racial remarks. It’s easy for you to say that whatever appears on Fox News Network is false. However, that just makes you ignorant. To say that Obama didn’t know what was being said by his Rev. is a pathetic statement about someone who claims unity for all. Even if he wasn’t at the church during those statements he would have heard about them from other members the next time he attended church or through the DVD’s that the church sells; each sermon is recorded. He can’t disavow his Rev. and church? If that was my Rabbi saying those racist statements I would have disavowed him to his face and left the congregation permanently. If you claim to believe in someone like Martin Luther King; a colorless society, you can’t allow such remarks. Furthermore, to perpetuate this type of hatred and believe in it is disgusting! So to those of you who don’t want to pay $5 a gallon of gas; talk to your congressmen about drilling off the Florida shores or drill in Anwar. Are you concerned about the Alaskan wildlife refuge? I am. However, I am more concerned about America’s economy and putting food on my table then the refuge. With that said, the drilling of oil in Anwar would not affect the refuge. Leftists would have you believe this just so we can have more government and be dependant on others. The Alaskan people can drill for oil. They are not amateurs. We know how to drill without damaging the environment. If you are one so concerned about the environment then why don’t you care about the people of Canada and Mexico and their environment when you drive your cars (Prius or Range Rover)? You can burn gas in your car while you think their environments deteriorate? If you disagree with that one then you must think they can drill for oil in a way that does not hurt the environment.
Money for schools vs. the Iraq war: If you believe in the statements of the Left that the money spent on the war would be better spent on schooling and the like then you have bought into socialism, Marxism, Stalinism. What about before the war? How come those trillions of dollars didn’t go to the schools and other programs you would want them to go to? In that respect both parties are guilty. We can’t keep taxing people to support the rest of the country. We all have to work hard if we want things for ourselves and for our children.

Your president is causing inflation and a devaluation of the dollar for the simple benefit of a trickle-down economy aka hoping the rich companies who are reaping record profits will give back to you. This was the case in the 1920’s that led to the Great Depression…or do none of you take a lesson in history because of it’s “liberal bias”?! If you want gas prices to go down, an end to the war in Iraq is needed post haste. Or do you degenerates not remember that oil barrels were going for $36 per before the war commenced? Bush has destabilized the Middle East for the sake of democracy…a government model that has rarely worked there. Religion is so deeply ingrained in Muslim society that you can’t force democracy in there and expect instant success. That’s why there is so much theocratic reign. If a model of government isn’t allowed to form freely, you are essentially forcing a bad model of government on a society that doesn’t want it and they’ll resent you in the long-term.
All of the “justification” for going into Iraq aka WMD’s and to pre-empt another 9/11 on America proved to be false and a ruse to march into a nation to topple a government that wasn’t a threat to us. But Bush doesn’t commit enough troops to quell the insurgency that has nothing to do with terrorism…since, it is primarily made up of the old Republican Guard…and we start losing troops en-masse because of gaffes like not having enough body armor or armored vehicles for the troops. So while the troops are dying, your NeoCon led a-hole president is saying how Iraq will end up like South Korea and Japan after we entered as occupiers. Wrong again!!! Five years later…after we decimated the infrastructure with our “Shock and Awe” campaign…Iraq needs a helluva lot more than just us to rebuild and billions in needed funds that aren’t there, that they need supplied by outside sources like companies and foreign investment. But if you’re a top military official, living in the Green Zone must be like Club Med compared to all the suffering outside the gates.

BTW, none of you have answered on what my first blog entry was concerned with and that is RACISM. Why is that? So stop with all the crap and the funny nomenclature for peoples names and the falsehoods of gas prices and inflation. But your thought that we’ve been there for so long is due to A. West Berlin, B. the Iron Curtain and C. NATO. But the fall of the Soviet Union facilitated the end of our need to support West Berlin…a small pocket of “occupation”, which also had France and Great Britain as “co-occupiers”. And if you know anything about the Iron Curtain, you know NATO wanted a U.S. presence in Europe to help defend it from Soviet aggression. So please…stop with your uneducated and dyslexic views on history.
The energy crisis of the 70’s was caused by the Middle East cutting supplies to the West. Plus the western powers failed in attempts to cultivate alternative power sources. Our reliance on the Middle East is because where there is other oil, i.e. the upper northern Artic regions of the world…it is either too deep at present to get at the source (why the Russians claimed the sea bed area with a fleeting flag) and requires billions in investment and development over the next 20 years to get it or where there is more easy to get sources, i.e. Alaskan wildlife refuge areas, there is too little oil to quell the demand. So in all reality, the Bush administration would invest in getting at a little bit of oil and playing footsie’s with Arab leaders rather than bitting down and expanding the industrial infrastructure. Then there is alternative energies and investing in that…but Bush talks out of both sides of his mouth on that.
And why is it that Rev. Wright is getting so much flak from you Republicans, but the Pastor Jerry Hagee can denounce my Catholic faith and make outlandish statements against gays & lesbians that, quite frankly, make him seem like a Nazi. Then you have Pat Robertson claiming to be a man of God, but saying we should assassinate Hugo Chavez on a nationally syndicated tv show. How can a leader of religion call for the death of anyone…especially a world leader? And when it comes to the Jewish faith, do you support what the nation of Israel does in relation to the Palestinians? The Six Day War to take back the Wailing Wall…going into Palestinian areas and occupying them without legal recourse, but in the name of religion? Don’t try to spin racism one way and think it can’t apply to every other fixture. My own Catholic faith was held to account after the Holocaust for allowing Jews and many others to be killed and rightfully so. You’re spreading your hate because you just don’t get what Barack Obama was trying to get across because you don’t like him and won’t find a reason to agree with him.
As for the 17 violated sanctions by Saddam’s regime…how many human rights violations has China, N.Korea, Burma committed over the years while we stand by and establish economic relations with China because of it’s 2 billion-plus populace? Why do we let N.Korea potentially let it build a nuclear arsenal while we stand vulnerable on the 38th Parallel? And what will happen if Pakistan falls into true chaos because the real threat in Afghanistan was let go because of your “17 violated sanctions”?! Pakistan does have nukes at the standby. If they fall, the results will be felt well beyond our borders because we didn’t know who the real enemy was because our president and his administration had to topple another nation for matters of rightousness and not reason!

Uh.. yah!!! All because of the failed policies of the Carter administration. That fool of a president stated that we would be out of oil by the mid 1980’s. Then ours sources of oil were limited. Now we get most of our oil from Canada, South America and Mexico. So you still have not answered my question. What percentage of oil do we import from the Middle East? A simple question that you dodge like all the other questions I began with. I will tell you, but you already know. 5% to 7%! You say the oil is too deep but yet others are drilling off the shores of Florida. And the Carter administration talked about alternative energy like you mention. I am all for it. However, you don’t promote global warming (complete crap) and farming subsidizing for growing corn because you thing ethanol is an alternative energy source (utter crap). Let’s give you a chemistry lesson: 1 gallon of ethanol can get you 18 miles while in the same car that runs on petrol gets you 32 miles per gallon. Not only that, you create carbon emissions when you ferment ethanol. So the extra carbon produced during the production of ethanol and the fact that it won’t get you as far as petrol means that you are actually adding MORE carbon emissions to the atmosphere. But you keep believing what you would like. The free market works like this; if solar power worked then companies would build more solar panels and it would be cheap to consumer and the companies would make more money. But being a liberal fool means that you think companies shouldn’t always make more money. They should work for nothing like doctors. After all, that’s part of the reason countries like the UK and Canada can even sustain socialized health care. Not to mention that the care they provide can’t even be compare to USA doctors and hospitals. Yes, I want the best schools for my kids, the best doctors and medicine, no thank you to generics or lines at the doctors office, I want the best car I can afford, a Range Rover for me and a Jeep Commander for my wife (gulp gulp). The best child seat for my children when in those cars; you can purchase the $75 model if you would like, but only the best for my kids! Free Markets, Capitalist Pig at heart! I researched tirelessly for solar energy when I first purchased my home. I am not spending $38K for something that will take 20+ years to recoup. We have a 500+ year source of coal; let’s do some hard-core research on making the refining safe. We can make petrol from coal. Let’s build some refineries. That’s the real weak link. There is plenty of oil but we can’t refine it fast enough for use in automobiles. Let’s build some reactors; it’s clean and safe, but as long as the Left put’s the fear of Chernobyl in all of us, forget about it.
