Ah, more of the “it’s okay for blacks to use the n-word” rationalization. Except, Barack is NOT a “white” person. If we go by the notion that “blacks” are judged on their skin color first (which seems to have been the heart and soul of Rev Wright’s comments–and also, Venus and Serena’s dad’s recent comments about tennis being racist), then no one sees Barack as “white”.

He’s half white. You can be half offended by something stupid. Is that okay with you? He is half white and was raised by white people.

IF Barack is as “white” as you want to paint him (forgive the expression), then his “typical white person” comment is even more reprehensible–not less. HE, of all people, should know better, and given his supposed gift for rhetoric, he should also know exactly how to speak by using the right words in the right situation–which is one reason why a number of white people are so offended by dell latitude d410 battery,dell w6617 battery the phrasing, coming so soon after he compared his Black PASTOR with his White Grandmother. I’d like to think that Chris got a good talking to by his daddy Mike Wallace and has had his Come To Jesus moment. But far more likely, this is a feint on the part of Faux News to prop up some semblance of evenhandedness or “fairness,” (if you will). snort.

Maybe if they feather their nest with a little counter views action, it may come in handy when a fair FCC or judge has to evaluate claims against them in the years to come. I can think of all sorts of potential libelous situations they may yet be forced to defend.

This is truly an effed-up country. As a naturalized citizen of 17 years, I have witnessed the gradual slide of a country I have grown to love, into near third-world status. It is worrying that we have been misserved by the so-called media that refuses to inform, but instead sensationalize trivia. They have buried the truth about the important issues affecting the daily lives of all Americans. They treat us like we’re some dumb slobs whose opinions must be shaped by their propaganda. As I read the postings, here and elsewhere, it becomes evident to me that the catapulted lies have really hit home in the zombies that comprises part of the audience of these corrupt evil outlets. In addition, the hypnotized zombies then propagate their embellished versions of what the puppet masters have implanted in their noodle-for-brains.
If only we could have a free and truthful media that would examine and inform on the junta. But wait a minute, that’s not possible in a fascist regime. Never mind, I think we’re screwed.

What he said was true. If you deny it you are just lying to yourself. Most white people are scared of black people they see on the street, especially ones who came from his grandma’s generation. It’s just true. God forbid we compare a BLACK man to a WHITE woman, right? Listen to Rev. Wright’s sermons. They are taken so totally out of context it’s sickening. Go listen and you might learn a thing or two. Save being offended by the 4,000+ men and women who have died in Iraq, or how the Bush administration is leading us to hell. Be offended by that, not some silly “gaffe”.
