I thought this was a Progressive Blog. Instead this seems like a John McCain site. TP post something on Bush, Iraq and Corporate power. Screw McCain he’s not winning.

Last month, along with Zooey, I started wondering if TP was becoming McCainwatch.org, but I don’t think it’s a bad idea for TP to keep a close watch on McCain and debunk him, which they’ve been doing well, at least until there’s a democratic nominee to take it from there.

Some may think it’s too early and too much, but I realized that either the Obama or Clinton dell inspiron 640m battery,dell inspiron e1405 battery campaigns may use this site as a reference, if they’re not already doing so now, to make sure they have all the key areas covered in going after McCain.

I agree Bilbo Hussein Baggins. It doesn’t seem that long ago that I complained that this site had morphed into a Huckabee-bashing site. Now it’s mostly McCain threads (with the occasional Cheney thread…ewwww).

I do think it’s probably a good idea to keep McCain’s flip flops in the forefront (since most of the MSM seems to think that McCain can do no wrong – although I just heard someone on MSNBC say that McCain will need to back away from the war issue and embrace the economy issue) but why is there no debate regarding the Democratic candidates?

It would be a hell of a lot more interesting here if TP didn’t act like McCain is the only one running for President. Frankly I’m getting pretty sick of bashing McCain. The fun has gone out of it.

Here in North Carolina (traditionally a place to buy cheap smokes), a pack of cigarettes can be had for anywhere between $4 to $5 for the premium brands, and cheaper brands can go as low as $2.95.

A gallon of regular grade gasoline goes for around $3.25. So it’s gotten pretty close.

Heh. I remember paying 25¢ a pack and 25¢ a gallon. Of course, I’m older than dirt (younger than McCain, though. Heck, I’m younger than HRC). One of the reasons I quit smoking was that it looked like cigarettes were finally going to get up to a buck a pack! Wow!
