bitblt Says:
The thought police have not been empowered as of yet.

Final word to this facist.

It appears to all who have read your rantings that you are the one who wants to control others thoughts. No one has told you that you have to be homosexual or else you are condemned as a jihadist terrorist. Those are your judgments in reverse.

We as a community of reasonable, like minded human beings expect you to behave in a christain manner.

Your posts are full of hate of other human beings just because you fear them......where does that fear stem from. Did you never go to school and meet people that you knew were homosexuals? They are someones son or daughter.

Who are you, professing at the same time to love jesus, to deny them basic legal rights to share the things that are part of their lives.....things that can keep you alive or leave you to die in this country....like health care. Really, who do you think you are.

If you consider yourself to be christlike then I am judas and I wash my hands of you.

Trying to make the Fourteenth Amendment endorse perversion is a big stretch. The Constitution of the U.S. was not written to promote or encourage immorality.

What is a stretch is calling what two consnting adults do in the privacy of their own home "perversion." I would call your attempts to demonize a significant cross-section of the populace perverse. And your big buddy in the sky had nothing to do with the creation of marriage.

It's pathetic how Kern tries to portray herself as being the victim. Like yelling "Fire" in a crowded theatre and suing for damages because your toes got stepped on in the stampede.

These freaks try to jam their comic book definition of perversion in our faces and cry victim when we push back. If the comic book brings you comfort, or if sleeping with your blankie gives you comfort, please, carry on. But leave the ones of us who have evolved past the need for imaginary protectors alone.

And keep your goddamn blankie out of the classrooms too.

I am sorta liking this "sexual anarchy" concept. I am so glad that my most beloved one has the connection she has with her two godfathers and that they will both continue to be involved in her upbringing and well being by sharing with her all that makes them so dear to us all

Not all states recognize common law marriage anymore. Mine doesn't. You say "we're married" in this state, and the state says "let's see your marriage license." If you don't have it, you're not married. Same with divorce.

Get your head out of the clouds, ya moron.

Why am I thinking bitbit isn't legally married...?

Fred Says:

bitblt Says:

    And as to the
You just want to control peoples lives and you can’t even run your own………..

You’re about as mistaken as you could possibly be. bitblt only wants to control his own life. On the other hand, he’s not interested in having perversion be an influence in his life or in the lives of the people he cares about.

I guess you don’t see how contradictory your statements are…….

Guess bitblt just doesn’t see it.

Believe bitblt has neither the desire to control nor the desire to be controlled.

Attempting to exercise control over someone appears to be what happened to Rep. Kern. She exercises her Constitutional rights - in a state house - and gay jihadis try to control her through intimidation.

They try to vacate her right to free speech and free exercise of her religion.

"I stand by my statements. Everything I said I can verify. It is a deadly lifestyle," Kern said.

They don’t attack the statement they attack the speaker. Why? Is it to take the focus of the simple observation made by Rep. Kern.

If it’s not politically correct it can’t be spoken – especially about homosexual.

The jihadis’ actions remind bitblt of two-year-old behavior – a child crying until the parent does what the child wants, but a two-year-old doesn’t threaten harm.

Some call this type of response “Sexual Anarchy” which appears to be one of the points on the gay agenda. Someone else gets to decide what your attitudes will be toward something – in this case toward certain types of sexual behavior.

Don’t think so.

The thought police have not been empowered as of yet.

You can’t decide base on the Bible, upbringing, or experience, and what you think isn’t important. Someone else gets to decide.

Is it any wonder that Isaiah says, “You parade you sin like Sodom?”

Zooey Says:
April 3rd, 2008 at 2:02 pm

F_ck off, bitbit.

May the Creator give you peace.

Marriage is a legal contract — just try getting (legally) married or (legally) divorced without the state being involved.

Or just try DECLARING you’re divorced to the IRS, bill collectors, etc.

What you’ve said is correct, but it doesn’t make what bitblt said at 2:02 pm any less correct.

If a man and a woman live together and have responsibilities – assets and children for instance – then the division of ownership and responsibility will be of interest to the state. If there is a dispute, then the settlement of that dispute is based on state laws.

If a man and a woman live together and have no assets or responsibilities and pay their bills, then who’s going to be interested in whether or not they’re legally married.

The IRS might be interested, but only if you’ve filed jointly – as a married couple. If you’re not married but file jointly, then don’t be surprise if the IRS takes this as the declaration that the filers are married and treats them accordingly.

If a cohabiting, unmarried couple has ever presented themselves as married – even by not correcting someone who address them as Mr. and Mrs., then the wife can be declared “common law” wife and all the laws of the state concerning married ownership and responsibilities will apply.

If a cohabiting, unmarried couple has ever presented themselves as married – even by not correcting someone who address them as Mr. and Mrs., then the wife can be declared “common law” wife and all the laws of the state concerning married ownership and responsibilities will apply.

Marriage is not a civil right. Law did not establish marriage.

In America, we have the right to equal protection under the law. That means there are no “second-class citizens,” who can be denied the rights we all enjoy. And who cares who “established” marriage. The point is that in America, constitutional law trumps all - and gays should be afforded the exact same rights as everyone else - which isn’t the caes today.

bitblt cares Who established marriage.

Marriage has the mark of the Creator written all over it. This is what Christ is saying in Matthew 19 where He says the Creator intended for a man and a woman to be one flesh.

This is a relationship that can only exist between a man and a woman.

May be mistaken but don’t believe the U.S. Constitution deals with either marriage or homosexuality.

Trying to make the Fourteenth Amendment endorse perversion is a big stretch. The Constitution of the U.S. was not written to promote or encourage immorality.

On the other hand, he’s not interested in having perversion be an influence in his life or in the lives of the people he cares about.

And a case can well be made that your views on gays are in fact a perversion of Christianity, so “perversion” is in the eye of the beholder.

You should probably use this “…perversion of Christianity…” line on someone who is much, much less interested in scripture that bitblt.

Perversion is not in the eye of the beholder.

You do know that the definition of perversion is pretty much homosexuality- an aberrant sexual practice.

Don’t believe barfly is quiet powerful enough to change the definition of words.

Am certain that barfly can’t change Christianity.

Should bitblt point you to the Old Testament comment on those who call right wrong and wrong right, bitter sweet and sweet bitter?

BTW, you really don’t know what bitblt’s view on gays is.

Government doesn’t permit it, and a man and a woman who are to be married don’t ask permission of the government.

So what are marriage licenses? Just semantic niceties? Or do they carry the force of law?

A marriage license is sort of the modern version of the parish Bible where births, deaths, and marriages were recorded. Also, people use to record this information in family Bibles. Now licenses are recorded at the country courthouse.

A marriage license is more of a record of the declaration of intent to live together as man and wife than anything.

If there is never a dispute over property, other assets or responsibility for the children, one can probably go through life not knowing where the license is – though it is a good idea to know where it was recorded and to keep the real one in a lock box.

You can buy property, raise a family, and buy life insurance and stocks and you will not have to know where the license is. The life insurance company might want to see it if there’s a payoff, but the health insurance companies seem to take the word of the applicant.

If there is never a dispute over the ownership or division of property, you could probably do all this without actual having had a marriage ceremony or a license. All you have to do is say we’re married.

ATLANTA - About 1 in 50 U.S. infants is a victim of nonfatal child abuse or neglect in a year, according to the first national study of the problem in that age group.
The study focused on children younger than 1 year, and found
nearly a third were one week old or younger when the abuse or neglect occurred.

“It is a particularly vulnerable group,” said study co-author Rebecca Leeb, of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The researchers counted more than 91,000 infant victims of abuse and neglect in the period Oct. 1, 2005 to Sept. 30, 2006.

The information came from a national data base of cases verified by protective services agencies in 45 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.

This is very, very alarming. I grew up like many without any how-to books. It had to do with COMMON SENSE. If you weren't sure call your MOM or the Doctor to double check. How could anyone possibly neglect a baby that is less than one week old or any age for that matter....makes me want to cry..

Perversion is in the eye of the beholder isn't it bitethebullet? I think the Crusaders who come by and disturb my peace on a Sunday morning to tell me I am going to hell are much more perverted than my next door neighbors who are both female and quite happy.

What this great country needs is a nuisance law that would allow a citizen who is disturbed by these religious perverts to tazer and pepper spray them when they leave the curb.

You, bitblt, are a twisted pervert who should not be allowed near other humans in case the sickness in your thought structure spreads.
