I’ve stood up AGAINST TORTURE. You know, unlawful acts against enemy combatants. You know, what the USA has successfully prosecuted internationally AND domestically.

I’ve stood up AGAINST wars of aggression. You know, preemptive warfare that we beat the NAZI Regime back from.

I do find it mind boggling how someone can sit there, as an American, and argue to BE a lesser American, you know, where politics dictates principles.
