Common sense should tell such a person that if a country with a sizable military presence in another country is building military bases <em>and</em> a massive embassy there, odds are good that the first country has no intention whatsoever of withdrawing from the second country at any time in the foreseeable future! "Secret plan" -- <em>right!!!!!</em> Puh-leeeeeeeeeze...who did they really think they were fooling?!?
