Harvard Attendance and still appears like a chimp – Good ?

Thankfully, I have had a few laughs from some really hilarious posts today. Helps me out of my usual WTF funks.

Yeah… It’s going to be so nice to have a President who can use polysyllabic words, and in the right order and with the correct verb conjugation.

Hewitt — Obama has more class in his little finger than you’ll ever have. He could have phrased his point better, and he said so, which is more than you’ll ever do. Furthermore, acknowledging that there are a lot of people out there who are being ignored by their government (and yes, some ARE bitter!) is neither condescending nor insulting. It’s true.

You’re absolutely right, tom. Neither Bush nor McSame is elitist in the sense that “elite” means one of a rarefied level of achievement, the very best in a field.

Oh, wait — that just means they’re not “elite”. However, since their policies benefit the economic elite in contrast to their faux-populist rhetoric, they truly are “elitist” in THAT sense.

The English language can be very confusing sometimes. I guess that’s why Chimpy gave up on it.

Yeah, it must be tough to have to try and digest complete sentences that aren’t broken up with extended pauses while the president trys desperately to remember basic words. If you’re used to understanding what bush stutters, then of course you’ll need an entire department to comprehend the fluid eloquence of Obama. Don’t worry, your brain will have 8 years to adjust.

The Bush administration has needed such a “department” because they don’t bother to justify or explain anything George says, and they don’t need to explain Cheney’s upraised middle finger.
