Like Bush, who is a War Criminal pretended to be an elected president, Rice is a War Criminal pretending to be a secretary of state. The problem is, no matter from what country you came from. If you are a secretary of state, people respect you. Unlike Rice, who lies in Congress to the American people about US’s secret TORTURE PROGRAM, she has no credentials to be respected!

I think what she MEANT to say was:

“I know Bush is sitting in the presidential retreat at Camp David – I guess it’s all-out war for anybody but him. I guess that’s the message; his troops can go to their deaths and he’s in Maryland.”
