Katy, I don’t doubt any of that. I’m well aware of how hateful he can be. I simply pointed out that it was acceptable until he went against the prevailing position here. Then his attacks were turned on those folks who had no problem with his methods previously. Additionally, though the attacks against him weren’t as hateful, they were certainly evident as the split grew between the Clinton people and the Obama people. It was a short trip from earlier statements that all the Dem candidates were excellent to almost hatred of Clinton on this site. I don’t have much confidence in any of the candidates and expect to vote for Obama, if he wins the nomination, only because he will get us out of Iraq sooner and it might help race relations in this country. I simply find it ironic that someone who mirrors the views of the majority here is now an outsider and it’s only partially his fault.
