Bush is covering his ass.

In 1999, when Bush was Governor of Texas, the Governor’s office (under the thumb of former FEMA Director Joe Allbaugh, who was Bush’s Chief of Staff at the time) instituted a “destroy all emails” procedure after seven days.

Every week, the emails were purged. The procedure continued into the administration of Texas Governor Rick Perry, until it was challenged by someone in Wisconsin.

You see, the procedure was against the law.

It is not a “coincedence” that Bush “doesn’t email.” Nor is it any sort of surprise that the White House “lost” email. Or used illegal RNC servers instead of government systems.

It was deliberate.
